“I've been a customer for many years and I'm so happy I found this resource. I rent a mailbox with them so I don't have to worry about my packages and mail getting stolen anymore, and I use them for packing and shipping as well. I find the staff to be the biggest asset. Kenny is awesome, friendly and hardworking. Rhonda is wonderful too. They develop relationships with their customers and are careful and detail-oriented in their work.”

“I ordered a new motor linkage and motor at the beginning of December, I received the motor linkage on the wrong side on March 25th, 2026. I've called several times, left a message, sent emails and wasnt able to speak with anyone in regard to making it right. Today (04-01-26) Ray gave me a call regarding my order. He took the time to diagnose the problem and ensure I would be able to switch the linkage over (another place told me it wasnt possible). He even was diagnosed an issue that prevented me from ordering a new motor. Initially I was frustrated and disgruntled because of the situation. Ray corrected the issue and apologized for incorrect information someone else provided.”

As a growing startup, having a logistics partner that is responsive, transparent, and proactive makes a huge difference. The team is always quick to respond, provides multiple solutions and options, and truly works alongside us to support our growth. One of the biggest benefits has been the visibility and tracking throughout every transaction and shipment. Having that level of transparency and communication gives us real confidence in our operations. It has been a pleasure working with the Freight Right team and we highly recommend them to any growing business looking for a strong logistics partner.”

1264 W 2nd St, Los Angeles CA 90026
“Excellent, professional service and friendly service. The only part that could be improved is the smooth organisation of a shipping agent for customs clearance when destination is in another jurisdiction with particular rules. They eventually provided a broker with a less friendly attitude but in the end everything worked out well and the shipment was brought to its inside destination rather than leaving a 100kg package on the sidewalk ! Thank you Goodman !”

“Today I received the most excellent help from Gabriella Murillo at the Arcadia DHL office. She was extremely efficient, helpful and understood perfectly how to navigate the entire DHL system to locate information about a previously sent package. In addition she was kind and took the initiative to search and cross reference until she found the answers I needed, which gave me great peace of mind. In these times when so many of our daily transactions become inadvertently depersonalized by technology, Gabriella’s humanity combined with competence is notably remarkable. Many thanks.”

“I brought in an oil painting to be shipped with immense personal value to it. Tom greeted me as a friend, and took special care in my situation and put great effort into ensuring that it was shipped safely and properly. It arrived at its destination in perfect condition. I also took note that other customers were greeted by Tom by name; I had a very good sense that Tom, and Post Pack & Ship, are valued members of the Pasadena community. If you have something you need shipped properly, I would recommend this place with top accolades; give Pos Pack & Ship your business: they are definitely a recommended shipping company if ever I worked with one.”

“Usually a quiet place. Today the owner Tigran was extremely uncooperative. I walked into the office and he was not wearing a mask. This is typical. Usually I just stand at the door and he'll put on his mask while I wait. Today he didn't and because of that, I decided not to walk into the office. He came to the door to give me my package. I mentioned I would not come in if he had no mask in. This is where his attitude flared and he said, "then don't ever come in". I was shocked that an owner while be this way to a customer but ok. So I asked him if he was the owner. He said yes. I asked for his name and he refused. After a minute of back and fourth, he started raising his voice to me. This is where I pulled out the camera, as I post on social. After this, he gave me his name. Tigray, whether you believe in masks or not, your clients do and the city mandates it. I will report you to the city next time, as it is the law!”

“Highly Recommend Global Expert Shipping! Global Expert Shipping is extremely customer-oriented, responsive, and kind. They know exactly what they’re doing and handle everything in a timely and professional manner. The whole process is made super easy for everyone! They’re based in Glendale, but even if you’re shipping from another state like me, you don’t have to deal with a complicated process. I simply sent my parcel through my local post office, and once they received it, they contacted me with all the details. Unlike other companies where you’re required to go online, pack your own package, measure it, and guess the weight before you can even send it, Global Expert Shipping makes everything simple and stress-free. If you want a team that’s accommodating, efficient, and truly cares about customer satisfaction — I definitely recommend using their services!”
