I rent a mailbox with them so I don't have to worry about my packages and mail getting stolen anymore, and I use them for packing and shipping as well. I find the staff to be the biggest asset. Kenny is awesome, friendly and hardworking. Rhonda is wonderful too. They develop relationships with their customers and are careful and detail-oriented in their work.”

“I had a real dilemma over the last week trying to ship a valuable item from coast to coast and I could not find anyone to ship it because of its weight and odd sized packaging. But Adam, the worker, at this fed ex hub went above and beyond to get the thing packed properly, weighed, and shipped. Something USPS and UPS wouldnt do. But this man helped me get it done so i could get paid for shipping the item. Thank you to Adam for a job well done and helping me out of a jam.”
“Customer Service and replacement motor are great. Unfortunately shipment was missing one of two mounting screws and all of the plastic push pins that secure the rubber boot. I called Customer Service needing to order a new controller unit. At same time asked if they could add the missing plastic push pins. Note I used one of my old mounting screws for missing screw. Was told would need to return the motor order or buy a new rubber motor cover. Organization needs to give the Customer Service people some leeway. Very frustrating since I cant return a new mounted motor. Guess I will use some baling wire to replace the missing pushpins!”

The only part that could be improved is the smooth organisation of a shipping agent for customs clearance when destination is in another jurisdiction with particular rules. They eventually provided a broker with a less friendly attitude but in the end everything worked out well and the shipment was brought to its inside destination rather than leaving a 100kg package on the sidewalk ! I was worried that I had a lot of QR codes but it’s more beneficial for the staff to scan each item on its own so that was good for me. Stellar service and great hours. “If you have any notary business Guillermo is the staff member to go to ,he is very fast and efficient and knows what he’s looking for and that every time I have came to get something notarized, I’ve had no idea what to do for the process, but he guided me through it very easily and quickly I’ve only ever notarized things for legal reasons so I had no idea what I was doing but still was able to get all of the process done correctly and informed that all the things that I had notarized were notarized correctly, and I was able to move on with whatever proceedings I needed to do”

“I've used Meest 3 times to ship packages to Ukraine. Their prices are very affordable and they help you with filling out the customs form if you have questions.
They offer shipping by air or sea and the price is weight-dependant. I have only sent boxes to Ukraine but the price is much cheaper than the post office and I've never had issues with boxes not arriving or being damaged.
They do not accept cash but take Zelle, which is convenient.
Parking is hard to find sometimes since it's street parking.
Overall, I would highly recommend them if you're shipping to Ukraine.”

My packages is an urgent international kinda situation. It arrived on time, thanks for the store manager. He was a tall and older guy, cool and calm and confident about his company. I was totally lost and nervous about my document not gonna be there on time. But he took my international postal code and staring typing, gave me a quote. And the process just going so smooth and fished. I am coming from called 2 person on the customer service asking EEI numbers ECCN number. And going to two stores that asking for EEI number and won’t have a date. And From DHL store that delay for a day. But his manager just took it so so so easy and fast for me. It was an angle that God send for me. I want to say thanks to him so much. Sadly I don’t remember his name. But thank you to him and FedEx that shipped my document in 4 days. Great great transition. So satisfied and thankful.”
