“Always friendly, very clean. My only complaint is the hours that you can access the units. I am a travel nurse and I flew to clean out my unit since I wouldn't be back for a while. You have to be out by 6. I work nights so I sleep during the day. It may for for safety reasons, but the property is lit and locked.”

“Really good rates for such a very well secured facility. I will never use another storage place. No homeless problems. Very clean facility. Convenient garage parking access to get close to your unit for loading. The limited open hours can be a little hard to work around, but that's the exception you have to make for a very safe place to store your stuff downtown.”

“first time renting a uhaul. i found this location on uhaul website. I been driving through valley blvd for decades and didn't notice a uhaul until i needed to move a ton of gym equipment. decided to select this location since its smack right in the middle, and there is parking on the street on sunday at 7am for me to drop of my car and use the uhaul.the staff at that time was KJ (kaitlyn johnson). she was there right at the opening time, and allowed me access into the compound. she check me in and was friendly for being at 7am. she showed me the van, and the other contractual stuff, and i was off.The van almost seemed untouch. it still had almost a new car smell still lingerly, it was easy to drive, and loaded 4x8 plywood easly. you could build a damm house with the van.i'll come back here next time when i have more stuff to move.”

I’ve heard stories about movers who take their time and draw out the time, these guys from Andy’s Transfer and Storage were so fast, professional and considerate( essentially the opposite of those horror stories). They are so mindful about not bringing in dirt into our new home and making sure we’re knew where everything was. A positive attitude the entire time. “Had a problem with my unit here and talked to Jerry about it.He immediately went out to my unit and inspected and fixed the problem, I also asked that if I needed to upgrade, what did he have available and showed me slightly bigger unit and closer to the entrance.
