“Armando and his stuff are very friendly and helpful. They have great teamwork and positive atmosphere. When its busy they get you checked in and take you in order. You do not have to worry about being skipped. I told Armando about my car not connecting to my new iPhone. This was also an issue with my previous iPhone at different company. Armando took the extra initiative to connect my iPhone to my car which I was so grateful. He showed me which settings to change if it happened again. “I would like to recognize Clarisa at the Verizon Wireless store in Fairfield for outstanding customer service.
I initially came in for what should have been a simple task: turning in my trade-in phone. Clarisa greeted me immediately upon arrival, checked me in, and reassured me that the process would be easy and that someone would assist me shortly.
Unfortunately, the interaction that followed took much longer than expected and became unnecessarily complicated. After spending about 45 minutes trying to clearly explain that I was only there to turn in my trade-in — not to add a new line — the issue still wasn’t resolved.
At that point, Clarisa noticed the situation, stepped in, gathered my information, obtained the proper authorization, and completed my trade-in in under three minutes.
There are two types of employees: those who focus solely on sales, and those who understand that great sales start with great customer service. Clarisa exemplifies the latter. She listened, acknowledged the issue, followed through, and executed exactly what was needed — efficiently and professionally.
