“This is by the far the most helpful and knowledgeable staff! I want to thank them for their help yesterday. Especially James, he went out of his way to assist me and thought outside the box to get me what I needed.
I was traveling this week and dropped my phone in a pool, went to a few other locations nearby where there was no help or effort made to assist me. Other locations shoved me off to a 1-800 #. But when I walked into the Vallejo store they were welcoming and made time to understand my situation and worked with me! Keep up the great and awesome customer service!”
