The person I spoke to on the phone was polite, professional, knowledgeable (like he had been in the tire business for most of his life), and just seemed like an all around great guy ( I've never met him in person but I could tell this is the guy you want to throw a couple of CL smooths back with and watch the game). His customer service was textbook and could not have been any better. I wish I could remember his name...I believe it started with a P( no it wasn't Putz like some reviews on here would like you to believe). If I could give him 6 stars I would!”

“Had a flat tire so I took it to B&G to get it fixed. Enrique showed me where the hole was, on the sidewall so it could not be patched. I bought 2 new tires and was extremely pleased with the price of both and the service. There is a nice parking lot with disabled spots close to the front doors. There is an adequate seating area with benches. Be prepared for the overwhelming smell of rubber in the waiting area. I will always go back to B&G for tires and brake work.”

Being a young woman, it can be difficult to find an honest and trustworthy place for my car's needs/issues. The prices are a great value and they were very prompt. They also were so kind to fix my car's reminder settings, so now I get a notification when I need to come in again for an oil change, because god knows I need a reminder! “After finding my tire extremely low, I went to the closest tire shop. It was 4pm and they didn't close until 6pm. I was immediately told that they could not work on it until tomorrow. Heartbroken, I asked if the tech could come out and let me know if it was OK to drive across the bridge with this condition. He sent me to East Bay Tire Company. 4 miles away and closing in 50 minutes, I turned on my hazards and slowly made it to the other side of Benicia. My friend called and they said that they service big rigs, but since all I needed was a patch I figured they'd have no problem doing so. We finally arrive and I jog towards the office. Then one guy asked if I was the one with a flat tire and told me to drive my truck into the bay. They got to work on it immediately. We didn't have to wait long at all. They were totally on top of it, despite being so close to closing time. When I asked how much it was, Steven said $35. I immediately asked if I could tip them. I mean, the other place had their tire techs leave 2 hours before closing and sent me to this place. And I am glad they did because we received such awesome customer service and prompt work. Steven and his crew were super nice. And while I know they service semi trucks, I felt the need to show my appreciation via this review.”

“I was traveling to Sonoma for an urgent matter on Veteran's Day. I got to Napa and my tire completely blew out. I had to get it towed and the nearest reputable shop was Big O. What tremendous luck I had. The store manager, Eric helped me right away. He tried to get our existing tire and when there was no stock, he got me another brand that matches perfectly and saved me money. He had a lot of work that day, but was able to get me in very quickly and fixed my tire situation with high quality. I was even able to address my urgent matter. If I didn't live 2 1/2 hours away, I would go to Eric for all of my tire needs. Thanks so much!”

“I was parking my car in the yard of my company's yard we're all our commercial vehicles are at located I'm coming to work real early so I park my car in the back where it's protected with the gate due to local thieves stealing Cadillac converters etc so I guess when I was driving through the yard through a unpaved road I must have got a nail in my back tire well I noticed it when I was in my garage parked sitting down on the side of my car in the chair in my car was still full of air didn't have a leak so I waited a couple days and then went over to LA Raza tire shop and got my tire patched up for 20 bucks quick fast and easy haven't had an issue haven't had a leak haven't had to replace the new tire that it was already a new set of tires that have bought for the car good place quick and easy I recommend anyone to get used tires or new tires in this place honest good people no matter what race or what you are and treat you with care and respect and treat your car with the respect and care”

“I took my car in for a check engine light and rough idle. John checked the code while I was there, and said he'd call. I Googled the code and saw it could be a dozen different problems. John scoped the engine, checked compression and started with the obvious fixes. He called to brief me and authorize his plan. He fixed the problem, didn't sell me anything he (or I) didn't need, and scoped the engine again to verify his fix. His price was fair, he worked promptly and communicated well. I was both pleased and satisfied with his work.”

“the check engine light on my truck came on while I was driving it, so I took it to this shop to have them check where the problem was. it was the catalytic converter fault . they ordered the converters and waited for at least couple of weeks for the replacement to come in since it's coming from the maker of the vehicle. It was installed and very satisfied for their professional job. I'll be going back to this shop if I get problem with my vehicle. The people there were friendly and highly recommend this shop .
