“I was traveling to Sonoma for an urgent matter on Veteran's Day. I got to Napa and my tire completely blew out. I had to get it towed and the nearest reputable shop was Big O. What tremendous luck I had. The store manager, Eric helped me right away. He tried to get our existing tire and when there was no stock, he got me another brand that matches perfectly and saved me money. He had a lot of work that day, but was able to get me in very quickly and fixed my tire situation with high quality. I was even able to address my urgent matter. If I didn't live 2 1/2 hours away, I would go to Eric for all of my tire needs. Thanks so much!”

“This place is great. Been buying my tires from America's Tire and their Sister company, Discount Tires for 20+ years. Recently, I had a puncture in a rental car that did not have a spare. Pulled into America's Tire in Napa on a busy Saturday and they had us back on the road in under an hour. No charge because I'm a frequent customer. Also, I left a nice water bottle in their store and Brady was kind enough to ship it to me up here in Oregon.”
