“Amazing work! They took care of my old '70 mustang and had the alignment fixed AND front tires replaced in just about 2 hours. That's a lot of work, and doing it on a classic car is non-trivial!
The family that runs the place is great, very down-to-earth. The prices are fair and equal if not cheaper than some of the bigger brand tire shops in the area.
It's about a 15 minute walk to the Starbucks on Jefferson if you need Wi-Fi to get work done while you wait, but they're also super close to a bunch of cafes, restaurants, and other spots if you just wanna eat and chill (<5 minute walk for those spots).
Definitely will be my go-to place for any tire needs in the future.”
“If I could give 6 stars I would. Not only is the team they have and the owner amazing, they are super kind and respectful, but the best part of the whole experience is the other day I showed up an hour before closing expecting a quote and for them to tell me to come back another day, instead they told me “we can get it done tonight, if I need to stay late I will” and they did. They stayed an hour late to get my Bronco looking amazing! They also had 2 tires brought over from there other location past closing so they could put them on. They changed the old tires swapped TPMS sensors and did an oil change and alignment all for the best price in Napa.”
“I had another shop do my alignment and they left it in worse condition then when I came in and they kept working on it 3 times and it was still bad. But then I came here and with one visit they left my car with perfect alignment I recommend this place for any alignment jobs thank you so much”
“I live in Carmichael and work in St Helena. Was about to drive home when I noticed that my car needed to be serviced ASAP.
This was my 4th visit to Big O Tires! I drove in without an appointment on a Saturday, close to 12noon. Was told by Mr Copeland at the front desk that they could work on my car if I was willing to wait a couple of hours. I told him that I'd wait and my car was done in a little over 2hours.
I drove home happy and fully satisfied that my car received the best attention from the mechanics.

“Called in the morning, while every other tire shop had to order my tires and i had to wait a week; Les Schwab got my tires within a couple hours and scheduled me the same day. Had my appointment, was running late and was still attended without an issue. There were a few other cars in front of me, in and out the shop in 2 hours. Love it.”
