“I had a great experience! I need two tractor tires, and they had just what I needed. I had looked for some at other dealers, but East Bay had them in stocks at a better price. I was also able to buy two new valve stems at what I thought was a low price. The tires are 12.4x24#, R 1. This is a warehouse experience so it took the left hand a little longer to talk to the right hand and get the tires out of the warehouse. It was lunch time, which may have been the issue, so no complaints. They brought the tires and placed them in the bed of my truck. I was a little anxious about that because I was pretty sure I could not lift them. I will get where I need them, then have Les Schwab get them on the tractor. I hung out with three or four employees while waiting for the tires. They were all polite, professional, and good natured. I will be happy to buy tires from them in the future. They are located in Fairfield off Air Base Parkway. They are easy to find and close to U.S. 80.”

“What can I say, but a HUGE thank you! On my way to Oakland for work I got a flat tire, I was able to slowly get off the freeway and get air at the nearest gas station who directed me to Costco just a mile away to get my tire fixed. Once at Costco they told me they couldn't help me unless I purchased a 75 dollar yearly membership! The kind gentleman at the tire center filled my tire with enough air and gave me directions to the next nearest shop California Chasis and Tire which was 5 miles away and was closed, it was only 230pm! 😥 Found another kind gentleman who told me about Fairfield Tire Center and was only .5 miles away. I drove 5mile per hour and got to the shop. I came in and immediately Tom at the service desk kindly helped me and put me at ease that he would get my tire fixed and get me on my way. I am so thankful to this shop for taking care of me and my car! If I am ever in the area, I owe these guys a treat for not turning me away and for giving me and my pretty red car exceptional service. Keep up the amazing work! A new customer for life-Isabel Morin in the Red Tesla Model 3.”
“I've been a Les Schwab customer for at least a decade, and I continue to choose them for all my tire needs. In full transparency, they have screwed up twice when it came to alignments and suspension diagnosis, but for the rest of the time they cover everything tires fantastically! From mounting/balancing tires to patching them for free, they will take care of you. One time a technician even informed me that a CV axle boot was busted, which was throwing grease around on a brand new car (which I took back to the dealer to fix). They don't HAVE TO, but they WILL go the extra mile for you!”
“I was in Fairfield, on Friday, August 21st for some errands and when I got into my car, it was making a really loud noise. The plate part that covers the bottom part of my car’s motor had snapped in half and that was the cause of the noise. As soon as I parked my car, the guys working on the cars looked over and asked me if I needed assistance and I explained the situation. They said they could help me right away, I only needed to check in at the counter.
I went ahead and checked in. The service was done very fast, and I am very grateful that they were able to do it fast because I had to pick up my daughter from school! I am very happy with the way they handled my car. I will definitely go back if I ever need assistance with my car!
