āI have to admit I was surprised when I saw this store still open and was genuinely greeted by Gabe, who was very helpful and not pushy as most furniture salespeople are. He allowed us time to look and feel the new products on the sales floor. We already have a sleeper sofa we purchased during the COVID lockdown and was surprised how well it held up to two active kids using it as their trampoline and parkour activities in our small living room (please donāt try this at home).
We were able to get another great deal on a simple sofa before Black Friday and canāt wait to see it delivered before Christmas. We will be back for a New Year refresh. Updates to come from how delivery went.ā

āMarilyn was very patient and helpful. I had visited the store to purchase light bulbs, then noticed there was a huge sale going on. A 3-drawer accent chest caught my eye but I was not sure if it would match my decor. I went back the following week to purchase two 3-light tree torchiere floor lamps to supplement the floor lamps that I had purchased from Lamps Plus over the years.ā
āThe sale process and the delivery went well except that there were two drawer handles missing and we were told they would be ordered and shipped to us within 7 - 10 days. Until that happens, Iām not a happy camper nor am I inclined to recommend anyone to Ashley Funiture. If they follow through and we get the handles then this rating will then change. UPDATE. Ashley Furniture stood behind their promise and delivered and installed the two handles within two days. I must say that the delivery and installation was done with the utmost care. The furniture was all packed in boxes and there was no damage. The people were very careful to avoid any damage to the inside of the house while bringing it in to install it. I would definitely recommend Ashley to my friends.ā
āWhiteās was recommended by a neighbor. Our project was different in that we we using old drapes that we dearly loved along with the Woden hanging bar and wall mounts.
The estimator was prompt and related to us our options. They informed us after a few days that they found the best hardware and were able to retrofit, meaning our restoration plan would be solid.
The repairman was extremely talented and made do with the existing setup and was very skilled restoring the drapes to as much as possible, like new! Actually better than new because the pulls and ease of use were amazingly smooth. One satisfied customer!ā

āI love this store to find special gifts, home decor, party supplies, gift wrap, cards, art supplies, journals and of course, all the Christmas decorations I could ever need. Speaking of Christmas I saw decorations coming out on the 29th of April, wow! I was so excited to see that, I can't wait for Christmas again and I really don't mind seeing it so early in the year because I can just start buying little things months and months before Christmas. āWe have purchased furniture from this store twice. All their furniture is made in the USA so you do not need to worry about quality. Our most recent visit was a couple weeks prior to our moving date. Marlene allowed us to make a small deposit to reserve a dresser and two nightstands that we intended on purchasing but were not yet able to make a final decision on. We stopped by a week later to make the full payment. Their prices are more than fair, especially for the quality of product. Overall, Marlene provided excellent customer service and was very hospitable.ā

āLoretta, with Bloom Home Inc., will help you to transform your house. I know she has changed my home with many beautiful pieces of French furniture. I also was lucky enough to buy antique chandeliers she bought from France. Sheās made flower arrangements for two urns I bought from her with beautiful white flowers. One urn is on my dining room table and the other urn is next to my free standing tub. I ve had her recover French chairs I owned, and sew white linen curtain panels for my 4 poster bed. I also have purchased many large and beautiful French mirrors from Bloom Home. Sheās redone my sunroom in Florida with her linen fabric and sewed pillows for the wicker chairs and couch. She also carries high quality bedding. If you can dream it, Loretta can produce it. She doesnāt disappoint you. I highly recommend her to help you redo your house.ā

āIf you're looking for budget-friendly home decor, furniture, or gifts, HomeGoods is your store. I'm shamelessly here every week ?They have a wide range of items and their selection changes weekly, at a minimum. Their prices are unbeatable and selection is great. The only downsides? Their shelves can be disorganized, items are sometimes damaged, and the store is constantly pushing people to sign up for their credit card. Their revolving inventory also means that items may not be restocked again if they sell out so if you're considering it, just BUY IT because it may not be available later!This location is located in a shopping plaza next to Trader Joe's and isn't huge, but not small either. Holiday decorations, candles, faux plants, linens/pillows/bedding, kitchenware, furniture, gifts and trinkets, pet supplies, artwork - they've got it all! They don't carry clothing, shoes, toys, jewelry, or beauty products so look to Ross, TJ Maxx, or Marshalls for that.Have a HomeGoods happy day!ā

āJenny helped me refresh arrangements that were old and dried out. Even though the old flowers were no longer available, she knew which current flowers would look great in our rooms in the bowls and containers that we wanted to keep. I sent her photos and she sent back her suggestions. It was hard to visualize the arrangement from single photos of flowers, but she shipped the exact right amount of flowers, leaves and moss that I would need for each arrangement, each packed beautifully and labeled for each room so I could not get confused. I had to figure out how to arrange the flowers, but with Jenny's tips and encouragement, I did it!ā

āToday I visited to buy very small amount of tiles. Peter helped me to find a lot. Even though it's very early morning and I just buy very little, he helped with all his heart. During my visiting big store experiences, today was the best!

āI wanted to take a minute to share my experience at this location. Lisa and Erin the manager went out of their way for me to help with my order today.I placed an order online for store pickup. I spent 35 minutes trying to find the store within the mall, I would suggest they get better location since Pottery Barn is a favorite of so many people. However, by the time I finally found the location the store was closed.My heart dropped because I really needed my pillow cover because I have guests arriving tomorrow. I knocked on the door and was about to call the store. Lisa came to the door and she asked how she can help me. I told her I couldnāt find the store and I was simply picking up an order. I also purchased a blanket for a gift and forgot to select gift wrap because I was rushing to place my order. I asked Lisa if I would pay for the gift wrap and I would assemble it at home. She took my money and when she returned she said her manager had already closed the registers but gave me a box with wrapping paper. She said her manager Erin said Merry Christmas. I was so surprised with both ladies kindness and willingness to help me. It really warmed my heart and Iām so thankful for their outstanding customer service. Thank you so much and Merry Christmas!
