“A little back history... Sometime back in the mid 1980's I brought my VW GTI Rabbit to Bavarian Auto House as I was a living away from home to attend college. My Rabbit wasn't the most reliable car so I had it serviced regularly at Bavarian. After my VW, I never owned a foreign car again until I brought my 2018 Audi SQ5. Unfortunately, a rather detailed problem involving the coolant migrating where it shouldn't as well as my oil filter housing became cracked causing oil to leak everywhere. Originally, I brought it to Audi North OC but the cost of repairs wasn't worth the value of the vehicle in my opinion. Steve (owner) as well as Marvin (mechanic) were extremely attentive to my Audi and communicated exactly what was wrong and what they were going to do about it. The repair entailed pulling apart the whole front end of my car. They supplied pre photos and videos of what was wrong and post pictures of the repair. Additionally, I was allowed to inspect all of the parts they replaced and take photos of them. They did replace all of my parts with genuine Audi parts, not aftermarket. When I drove it home on a Friday night, a check engine light came on. I made it home ok and both of them came to my house to see what the problem was! It turned out to be some sort of vacuum hose that took literally two seconds to fix, but wow, great service!
I would highly recommend Bavarian Auto House! It was fun telling Steve (now owner and nephew of original owner?) I was a customer back in the 80's and they made such an impression on me then that remembered them and went back some 35+ years later.”

“Found this location on google and was pleased to be able to book a same day appointment. I was able to get on earlier than my appointment and the technician was kind and very clear about timing. I was able to get in and out within 30 minutes. Afterwards the technician helped to inform me next steps with my smog certification for the DMV. Definitely recommend for a smog certificate if you need it!”

I just moved to the area and called before coming. The person on the phone told me I could come in now and I came in about 10 minutes later with no wait.
