“I came in late Friday night. I could not believe they were open until 10pm. What luck. I needed to remove a difficult pylly that was stuck in a shaft. I was trying to determine what pulley puller I should purchase. I wasn't really sure because I may not need to use the puller again in the future and may not want to spend to much money on it. Thank god for the 2! Super helpful associates that advised me on the best choice to make. In addition to that they suggested that I could just rent the puller instead of buying it. Which saved me a ton of money. This store was clean. And even though they were understaffed they had the line moving very quickly and we're very knowledgeable of the information I needed to cimete my task. They were friendly. I definitely give them 5 stars for cleanliness, inventory, customer service, and product knowledge. I definitely recommend this location to anyone who has automotive needs. Thanks guys. “Purchased two batteries from Continental for my GMC 2500 roughly 1.5 years ago and out of no where my truck wouldn’t start. I wanted quality batteries for my truck so I purchased the Platinum series from them. Called and spoke to both Louis and Miguel. Miguel explained the process to me in detail and told me to bring the batteries in because they’d have to charge the batteries over night, and test them in the morning. If the batteries cells tested bad under a load test they would give me replacements. Called the next day and spoke to Louis and he told me my cells were in fact bad after testing them and that I could come and pick up my replacements! He also explained to me that my 3 year warranty starts over again from the day they replaced them. If that isn’t A+ service and a company that stands behind their product, I don’t know what is! Highly recommend Continental Battery Systems for all your battery needs. Thank you guys. Will definitely recommend all family and friends rather than going to a chain auto parts store and buying a battery that’s been sitting on the shelves for God knows how long.”
