“Riley at Anaheim Enterprise really took great care of me. I needed a rental and she went out her way to get me a minivan while mine was in the shop getting repairs after an accident. Having twins who are in band and athletics I often need to haul lots of kids and equipment and Riley was able to hook me up with a minivan when other rental companies failed. Thank you Riley of Anaheim Enterprise for going the extra mile and taking such great care of me and my family when we really needed it. “This location is by far the savior of my trip to California . Initially I tried ordering a rental at hertz and others but required a credit card which I currently do not have . Gina had helped me with a rental with my debit card . Although the deposit was a bit on the pricey side I felt it was still the best choice as they were able to provide me a great car to use for my vacation immediately . I've been able to travel to Disneyland , San Diego , Los Angeles and La Jolla cove with this efficient Kia optima 2019. I can't thank this place enough for making my trip worthwhile and smooth for my family . I definitely recommend this facility for it's speedy service .”

“The only location of three to actually answer the phone when I called. After first not having an available car for exchange, they went the extra mile by calling me back when their inventory changed. In person service was prompt and friendly. Their help has made a huge impact on the next week and I really appreciate!”
“Had issues renting from Buget Airport due to they not accepting PayPal Corporate debit cards...went to the Budget office on Katella near Disneyland I had no issue. I rented from Budget using a debit card with no problems in the past. Airport clerk wasn't very nice.”

“I always have a great experience with budget Rent-A-Car. If I’m late returning the car, I can request a couple more days. I did have an experience with an all electric car that I was not too fond of it took 4 to 5 hours to charge and it was an Audi, six EV. But I did like the comfortable drive of it. I just did not have time to keep charging it to the maximum and even after five hours it still was not at 100% charge.”

“I’m posting a review to help others who were confused about this Hertz. This Hertz location is not a full service location, but rather convenience site for guests of the Marriott.
If you have Gold or President’s Circle status, the Hertz team will bring you a car and leave the key with the Anaheim Marriott valet. I had an incredible experience and it was very easy.
The staff at the hotel didn’t really know how the Hertz situation worked, although their manager was incredibly nice and tried his best. It’s best to ask Hertz directly instead of the hotel staff for any questions related to your rental.
Hertz texted me before my reservation to confirm and informed me they could only bring the car to me if I was a Gold or President’s Circle member, otherwise I would have to go a nearby location to pick up the car. Fortunately I was covered, so this review is specifically for that experience.
When you go to the valet at Anaheim Marriott, they will ask for your ID to confirm it’s a match for the rental car reservation, then they will bring you your car.
I dropped off the car at a different location, so I can’t speak about the drop off experience. But if you are a Gold or President’s Circle status with Hertz, then this location at the Marriott was smooth and easy.”
