About Hertz Car Rental - Anaheim - West Katella Avenue
Hertz Car Rental - Anaheim - West Katella HLE provides a generally smooth and positive rental experience. The staff at this location are consistently described as nice, helpful, professional, and welcoming. Customers report that the rental process is easy and the vehicles are clean, well-maintained, and can be practically brand new. The team is acknowledged for being helpful with vehicle technology and offering practical advice.
However, some company-wide policies can cause frustration, such as the inflexibility of prepaid contracts and charges for incidents like flat tires without specific coverage. A note is made that while the staff are doing fine, the on-site restroom facility may not be clean.
Overall, this Hertz location is viewed as a reliable choice with quality cars and professional local staff, making it a positive part of the rental experience.

Excellent customer service, especially Andre! Will definitely be renting from them again.
I had originally booked an SUV at a different Hertz location but at the last minute they could not help me so I came to this location on W Katella and they were fantastic.

Awesome experience, walked here from our hotel and informed them of our reservation. We were in and out within 10 minutes. Car was clean, full tank of gas, and ready to go. Customer service was seamless and fast.
