The staff was amazing. Super friendly and helpful. However, the shipping costs are out of this world, and you are definitely getting resort priced. If you are buying Disney Merch from the park, save your receipts and ship from any shop in Disney. The price is a fraction and caps at $40.

FedEx do a better job!! saying the driver came and attempted to leave package but was never home when I was home and had the door open!!! Ridiculous. Plus I have cameras so it would notify when someone is up front

Most FedEx offices are friendly, clean, courteous, and a pleasure to deal with. Unfortunately, this office is not most FedEx offices. This location has the honor of being without a doubt the worst shipping experience I've ever had. The staff was completely unhelpful and the store policies are predatory at best.
