“Horrible business ethics by the owner of this business. I would never recommend them for any type of work to anyone. I was working with their employee Mitch. He reached out and wanted to purchase some materials from my business. Spoke about the project since November. He then placed the order and paid in full. Less than 2 days after the order was placed and paid for he reached out to me trying to cancel the order which was too late by then and now threatening to dispute a credit card charge of $20,000 which puts me in a bad spot because I now have to store a bunch of materials that I do not sell. Luckily I have a signature showing approval of this charge on their card so I shouldn't lose the dispute. But horrible horrible business on the owner of LiveWire. Clearly stated in my disclaimer on my invoice with them that all sales are final. I can't even return the materials. Also I was told by Mitch that they want to try and cancel because their client is wanting to hold off on it now. Not my problem to be honest. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!”
“By far the best UPS store I have been to. I own a distribution business and I ship a lot of products through UPS daily. I have gone to other stores, but this store is the best. Other stores seem to get bothered by how many packages I drop off. Other stores nearby want me to ship through the “main distribution center” due to my volume and have told me that I have overwhelmed their drivers.
I have asked this store if I overwhelm them.
Never once! They are amazing.
This one has the most friendly staff, best service, are very happy every time I walk in, and make me feel like family! I never feel like I bring in too many packages or feel pressured. They always greet me personally and it really means a lot! I only go to this store. The drivers are amazing as well. Keep it up guys. You help small business owners like me more than you know. “I used their service back in May 2023, but for some reason my review was posted on another notary service! Just found out today. So I deleted the review under that company and reposted my review here:Needed to get our living trust notarized. Got multiple quotes on Yelp. We eventually decided to go to somewhere close by bc of (1) location (2) they charge per notary seal, not an outrageous "flat fee" for notarizing a living trust (3) they provide witnesses with no additional fee . Overall a very positive experience. Will definitely recommend!”
