“Horrible business ethics by the owner of this business. I would never recommend them for any type of work to anyone. I was working with their employee Mitch. He reached out and wanted to purchase some materials from my business. Spoke about the project since November. He then placed the order and paid in full. Less than 2 days after the order was placed and paid for he reached out to me trying to cancel the order which was too late by then and now threatening to dispute a credit card charge of $20,000 which puts me in a bad spot because I now have to store a bunch of materials that I do not sell. Luckily I have a signature showing approval of this charge on their card so I shouldn't lose the dispute. But horrible horrible business on the owner of LiveWire. Clearly stated in my disclaimer on my invoice with them that all sales are final. I can't even return the materials. Also I was told by Mitch that they want to try and cancel because their client is wanting to hold off on it now. Not my problem to be honest. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!”
“been going here for a while now and honestly they do great work. prices are fair and the turnaround is usually pretty fast. they printed some posters for me last month and the colors came out perfect. only thing is the guy at the front desk can be a little short with you if hes busy. its not a big deal but it can feel a bit rushed. other than that its a solid spot if you need something printed. ill definitely come back.”

Coming over from the UK to exhibit at the Anaheim Convention Center there was a lot riding on our printed materials being ready and right when we arrived. We were a bit nervous organising the stand but they went beyond what we could have expected and made sure we had everything we needed.
