“I recently worked with Freeman Co as an exhibitor for a show. I used them for receiving a pallet at their warehouse, delivery the pallet to the show, and shipping the pallet back across the country. They were great on the front end, answering all my questions. However, after the show there were two pretty major misunderstandings, which we all know happens sometimes. “When my printer abruptly died right before I needed to submit several urgent forms, FedEx’s Print & Go service completely saved the day. It is insanely convenient, fast, and stress-free.
How the Process Works:
Step 1: Email your documents to [email protected]. Within just a couple of minutes, FedEx emails you back a unique retrieval code.
Step 2: Walk into any FedEx location and head straight to a self-service printer. Tap Print, insert your payment method (it holds a $5 authorization, but only charges your actual total at the end), tap Use Retrieval Code, type in your code, and hit print.
I made a quick rookie mistake by not realizing the printer defaults to color printing, which brought my total to $2.37 for four single-sided pages. I brought my receipt up to the front counter to ask about the charge, but once we walked back to the machine, I realized it was entirely my own user error for skipping the color selection step.
Even though it was my fault, the employee was incredibly kind, patient, and sweet—she even offered to help print my remaining documents right from the desk!

The location is small but they have everything for shipping and printing services PLUS (notary, passport, mailbox and gifts) Mr. Ron is NOT a super sociable person, but he is efficient, accurate and professional, but rest of the team is very approachable and friendly.
