“I recently worked with Freeman Co as an exhibitor for a show. I used them for receiving a pallet at their warehouse, delivery the pallet to the show, and shipping the pallet back across the country. They were great on the front end, answering all my questions. However, after the show there were two pretty major misunderstandings, which we all know happens sometimes. Often these misunderstanding don't end up positively for the customer, but THAT WAS NOT THE CASE WITH FREEMAN. They went above and beyond to treat me as a valued customer. It wasn't just customer service, it was an absolutely positive customer experience. Anytime I get the chance to work with Freeman, I definitely will!”
“I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this FedEx location. I arrived quite late, around 6:51 PM, just minutes before closing. Despite the time, Daniel was incredibly welcoming and didn't rush me at all.
I was struggling with a tricky printing task: I needed to print 8 cards double-sided on a single sheet of paper and had no idea how to align them perfectly. Daniel was a lifesaver—he taught me a super smart, efficient way to do it and personally helped me through the process.

“Use this FedEx to ship Jumping Spiders. You can use the parking structure across the street. It has free 2 hr parking, but if you cannot find a space there, fedex will validate your parking ticket to 2 hrs.”

The location is small but they have everything for shipping and printing services PLUS (notary, passport, mailbox and gifts) Mr. Ron is NOT a super sociable person, but he is efficient, accurate and professional, but rest of the team is very approachable and friendly.

She told me for the date I wanted it to be there it would be more expensive, but helped me unpack it put it in a new box and helped me stay in the budget I wanted and get it there by the date I wanted.
