“I had two cabinet doors that opened too far that hit the fridge & a wall. After searching I found ROK sold restrictor clips but you had to know the manufacturer of the hinge. These soft close hinges are great quality but over 30 years old. There was only a faint logo on them. I couldn’t find any info on them locally and even using Ai ! I spoke with John @ROK and sent photos of the hinges. He said he’d get back to me after checking with Inna. Couple of days later days later he emails me that Inna was able to identify the hinge and they had the correct restrictor clips. They even had videos & images on how to install them. I ordered them and they work perfectly and it resolved the door issues. All their efforts and the order was just over $10 dollars. I really appreciate John & Inna’s help . Any cabinet hardware issues in the future and ROK will be first stop. I highly recommend them!”

“This place has everything you need from fabrication to restoration and the most knowledgeable customer service you'll come across in the industry. A lot of the negative reviews I've read on here tell me it's either user error or someone trying to diy their own home. However, if you're looking to diy, these guys can walk you through most obstacles you encounter, just know it isn't going to be easy. But great tools, products and service hands down. I've been coming here for over 10-years now.”

“Excellent experience at Orange County Circuit Breaker! The staff was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and provided fast service from the moment I walked in. They even had the hard-to-find breaker I had been searching for, which saved me a lot of time and hassle. As a nice bonus, they were offering free hot dogs for customers, which was a fun and thoughtful touch. Great customer service, great inventory, and a welcoming atmosphere. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend them to anyone looking for electrical breakers or parts!”

“I bought my Scag mower, echo string trimmer, and echo blower here. Joe was very helpful overall. I had an issue with my mower blowing grass out of the front of the bag and Joe took control of the issue fixed it in no time. I will say the gas they put in the two stroke engines when they test them before you take them home makes the exhaust smoke. Both my blower and trimmer did this when I started it, I drained the fuel and put in my 50:1 and the problem was fixed as soon as it ran for a second. Overall I would recommend buying from here or taking your parts/equipment to be serviced.”

“I had trouble with my Husqvarna 450 Rancher chainsaw brake. I disassembled the brake assembly and tried to fix it myself but there was no way. I looked up four shops within 10 miles from home and set out to see who could help me out. So glad B&M was my first stop. Saturday just before closing time Joe took the assembly I brought in and tried for 15 minutes to get it working but there was a strong compression spring that obviously needed a factory tool to compress, line up and install. We looked on the web site and found they only sell the entire assembly which confirmed Joe's thought that it needed to be assembled at the factory. We ordered the parts and the estimate he gave me for the assembly was extremely fair. His employees had locked up and gone home but he stayed and finished up with me. His son even stayed around and chatted. They were both genuine people. The store was well stocked, clean and organized with everything a pro or homeowner like me could ever need. This place is benchmark for how to run a business.”

“Excellent place, very clean organized displays. and most importantly knowledge and customer service. These people don't tell you to look online or send you to some book page. they tell you what deals are going on where. they tell you the technical data for cutting and give experienced examples of what really works. if they don't then they do the work for you while you're doing what you need to do. Extremely helpful and knowledgeable.”

“I've been dealing with Cameron Welding for the past 40 years, but after a few less-than-perfect dealings with them, I needed to find a new welding supply store. Today I had the pleasure of purchasing tig torch collets, a leather helmet bib, a bottle of argon, and a few grinding discs from the Airgas location in Orange. The gentleman that assisted me was really helpful and wasted no time in filling my order and swapping my empty argon bottle for a full. No issues, great service, super polite, honestly, the kid bent over backwards to make my shopping experience fast, efficient, and also cost effective! I couldn't ask for more and these guys will have my business from here on. He also recommended this amazing coffee roasting company located within the same complex, so not only did we get our argon, but also a nice dose of caffeine too. Woot! Thanks, Airgas for a great experience!”
