Alex G worked with us on our order and he provided excellent customer service by keeping us informed of when items came in for pickup and followed up with the supplier when they were slow shipping items or shipped the wrong item. He promised us that all items would be ready by the time our contractor started work on the remodel and he delivered on this promise. When we remodel our kitchen, we will again order our plumbing parts from Ferguson.”

“I was in my way to check out a new clothes washer at a competitor when I saw this place.
I went in and in less than ten minutes they offered me a similar item at a better overall price that was not only in stock but could be delivered the next day. The best Best Buy was offering was three days maybe on delivery and Home Depot was quoted two weeks.
Installation went well we’re at me home by 830 out by 9 am.

The only downside is that apparently a basic item that I was searching for isn't sold at Chefs' Toys. I was shocked. I was simply searching for Mediterranean Skewers. They are quite commonly used, yet Chefs' Toys doesn't carry them. So sad!”
