“Their place nearby Disneyland is fantastic! They got nice merchandise, pins AND trading cards to buy from here in the US plus Europe, Hong Kong, Shanghai and mostly Japan. Turns out my friend works there, and she is very sweet, and tne items are so cool, I can get an eye catch on those. I wish Disney gives this place a sponsor as a perk. How cool could that be? Anyway, I enjoy this shop and I am looking forward to go there again.”

“My fascination with magic started at Walt Disney Elementary in Mrs. Arneson’s kindergarten classroom, where she showed our class a coloring book that transformed blank pages into colorful images with a touch of magic. When we begged her to reveal the secret, she told our class that the magic store down the street, Best Magic, was the one place you could find this mind-blowing book.

Every time we drove past the store after school, I would beg my mom to stop, but she would always say, “Nathan, we’ll go next time, we’re too busy today!” Unfortunately, I moved away from Anaheim a few years later, never having gotten my hands on that magical coloring book.

Almost 20 years later, I finally stepped inside the place that had lived in my imagination since kindergarten. Right away, we were greeted by the adorable shop dog, Mr. Wiggles, who seemed just as excited about magic as we were. Michelle kindly showed us around and shared the history of the store, and Kurt—a former employee and magician—performed a few tricks and even showed us ones we could learn ourselves (with enough practice, of course). And yes, I finally got the magic coloring book that amazed me nearly two decades ago!

Best Magic is exactly the kind of place you hope still exists: a welcoming local shop filled with tricks, costumes, makeup, gags, and genuine people who love sharing the art of magic. I would highly recommend Best Magic to anyone who loves the art of magic. The wait was well worth it, and I cannot wait to come back again.”

I have a physical disability and everyone goes above and beyond to being considerate and very accomodating. Locals for games that I honestly wouldn't find anywhere else close within driving distance. This place has everything I could ask for in a card shop.”

Trust me — if you’re looking for rare and unopened Lorcana, Yugioh, or Magic: The Gathering sets or pristine single cards, head to Card Addiction before buying overpriced or less-than-mint chase cards elsewhere. Owner Kevin is warm and convivial, presenting fair prices and open to reasonable offers — but Cameron, who can be easy to miss due to his quiet demeanor, is your guide to finding exactly what you want (whether you’re buying or selling), knowing who to talk to, and even providing introductions / personally connecting you to the place, person, or — ultimately — card you need.

Cameron personally “sacrificed” a rare special illustration Vulpix card in gem mint condition — one he had initially intended for his own collection — when I inquired specifically about the card and shared my passion for that Pokemon. He’s a friendly, smart, trustworthy, and generous dude — one with an encyclopedic knowledge of Pokemon cards dating back decades, but who’s more than willing to go above and beyond for any trading card enthusiast desperately looking to complete their collection, purchase something super specific and special, or trying to offload cards when life happens and you need a cash injection.

Cannot recommend Card Addiction — or Cameron’s guidance — strongly enough.”
