“First time in the area and found Hobby Legends Card Shop. What a great experience, my first encounter was with Rich and I could tell he was a passionate collector. They are located in a nice shopping mall with plenty of parking. A good place to find a little bit of everything from vintage cards to new cards and everything in between I've been searching for a specific Don Drysdale card for a project I'm working on and they had it , at a great price too. Rich was also kind enough to gift me a sleeve of their own penny sleeves which are very nice. I'm not from the area but appreciate a classic hobby card shop where everyone from the community comes to share. If you're just starting to collect or a season pro Rich at Hobby Legends is the guy to see , looking forward to dropping in the next time I'm in Brea and chopping it up with Rich.”
“My visit was during the Christmas. The store was clean and still very organized. The team members were knowledgeable (I don't know if they were seasonal or not) despite being busy with guests. Those at the register were very patient with helping the guests and very efficient in moving the line along. There knowledge (and craft ideas) and efficiency is why I've always enjoyed coming to that store.”

“This maybe the best comic book store in Orange County. Large store with a very friendly staff. Every time I come in they engage in the usually pop culture banter I enjoy when I visit any comic book store. Some stores get annoyed if customers chime in but not these guys. They have a lot of back issues that are well organized and easy to find. Lots of collectibles for sale especially a large choice of action figures.”

“Yarn shop in Yorba Linda located between office buildings. It looks small from the outside, but it’s much bigger inside with an impressive selection. There’s so much inventory that you could spend hours browsing and still not see everything. I bought a yarn at a great price. “Their place nearby Disneyland is fantastic! They got nice merchandise, pins AND trading cards to buy from here in the US plus Europe, Hong Kong, Shanghai and mostly Japan. Turns out my friend works there, and she is very sweet, and tne items are so cool, I can get an eye catch on those. I wish Disney gives this place a sponsor as a perk. How cool could that be? Anyway, I enjoy this shop and I am looking forward to go there again.”
“This Michaels is nice and clean, and organized. It's a little off the beaten path but still worth visiting if you're tired of your local store. I stop here whenever I'm in the area.”

“This is always one of my favorite hobby stores to visit. They always have a sale going on and they always have coupons. So usually their stuff is quite affordable. They have everything you could possibly want at a hobby/sewing/home decor store store. I find them much more comprehensive than they're running mate. And I will go here 99% of the time. If you haven't tried them you really have to. It's fun just to walk around and look at all the goodies.”
“The staff here are very helpful. They understand magic and offer very competitive prices. They have magic singles, sealed product, and accessories for some of the best prices I could find. The only drawback is cash only but honestly it keeps me on my budget so I don't mind. Check their Facebook page for store updates.”

“My fascination with magic started at Walt Disney Elementary in Mrs. Arneson’s kindergarten classroom, where she showed our class a coloring book that transformed blank pages into colorful images with a touch of magic. When we begged her to reveal the secret, she told our class that the magic store down the street, Best Magic, was the one place you could find this mind-blowing book.
Every time we drove past the store after school, I would beg my mom to stop, but she would always say, “Nathan, we’ll go next time, we’re too busy today!” Unfortunately, I moved away from Anaheim a few years later, never having gotten my hands on that magical coloring book.
Almost 20 years later, I finally stepped inside the place that had lived in my imagination since kindergarten. Right away, we were greeted by the adorable shop dog, Mr. Wiggles, who seemed just as excited about magic as we were. Michelle kindly showed us around and shared the history of the store, and Kurt—a former employee and magician—performed a few tricks and even showed us ones we could learn ourselves (with enough practice, of course). And yes, I finally got the magic coloring book that amazed me nearly two decades ago!
Best Magic is exactly the kind of place you hope still exists: a welcoming local shop filled with tricks, costumes, makeup, gags, and genuine people who love sharing the art of magic. I would highly recommend Best Magic to anyone who loves the art of magic. The wait was well worth it, and I cannot wait to come back again.”

Dave and Sandy (and dog Penny) curate an excellent collection of historic U.S. and foreign coins along with the standard fare of gold and silver bullion pieces. Even little kids can get started collecting coins from a bygone era or finding an international coin to include with a school project. Service and knowledge are above 5 stars.”
