“This store is awesome! They have Warhammer and LOTR miniatures and tabletop dungeon packs and paints for miniature creation. The owner Rob is very kind and knowledgeable and spent some quality time with me teaching me about story creation and how to paint minis. They even have painting classes! I highly recommend coming here if you have any interest in tabletop gaming.”

Both times I have had numerous questions and he has answered them with glee and great knowledge. “Great customer service, they're always very helpful and polite. I love the selection of kits, and so far I'm 2 for 2 on finding kits I wanted in stock. The pricing is fair, as both kits were maybe a dollar or two over what they list for on Amazon, which is a small price to pay to support a local brick and mortar hobby store. I only wish they had a little more in terms of supplies and tools, but that doesn't effect my rating because they do have a decent selection and some cool items I haven't seen at other in person retailers.”

“I came here to get custom framing done for six pieces of papyrus that I bought in Egypt. The man who was helping me with the framing was very kind and helpful, he helped me pick out frames and the background color that would complement each piece nicely. I’m very indecisive and he was very helpful. Especially since I’ve never done custom framing before, so I didn’t know what to choose, and I was overwhelmed. I think his name was Steven. “So Michael's came in clutch for the holidays! My work does all kinds of things to make it "festive" at work. We did a door decorating contest for thanksgiving and christmas, and our work life balance committee does special things for employees. One of our nurses was having a baby, so our committee decorated her office area (desk and above) with congratulations for her baby. The committee even surprised me on my birthday by decorating my door. It's a nice way to make work fun! And all the supplies were from this store. They have it all here for any arts and crafts you might need! :) Great value on crafts!”
