“A huge Thank you to Luis and his staff especially Tony for driving all the way to Menifee so that I didn't have to go all the way to Orange county to drop off my impressions. Luis was so nice & he understood that I'm disabled and that that would be a long drive uncomfortable for me so I am thankful that they accommodated me.
Fidelity Dental Lab's went out of their way for me and I'm really thankful for them also putting up with me while trying to get the color right on my crowns. They did such a beautiful job!!
I would recommend them if anybody is looking for beautiful dental work!

The best part of the appointment was the staff. Specifically, Amber. She was very patient and helpful with my children. I never expect people to help me with my “daycare.” But it’s always a sweet surprise when someone in healthcare KNOWS how to interact with children and genuinely enjoys it.
Being a parent, you get to witness people who see children as a nuisance which can be the worst. But then you’ll have an unforgettable experience with someone who sees children for what they are, little human beings.

“This is my favorite Quest, because of LEONRD. It’s really hard for %99.9 phlebotomists to find my veins with first poke and there was an incident that after 4 pokes, leaving many bruises, they werent able to draw my blood. Leonard is the first one who gets my blood on the first try. He is professional and only one that ive never get scared walk in…If you have complicated veins system he is the right person. This Quest is very too busy and its impossible to get in with walk in. Also, double check the address there is the same building number and address but instead of West is East. So double check the address and forsure ask for him. You are not going to regret it. This Quest is inside the center of cancer prevention and treatment in St.Joseph.”

“Check in with the link in a text is so convenient. I was called in for the blood draw before I could sit down. The blood draw was quick and painless. I think I was in and out in 3 minutes.”
“I was referred to Genetics Center by my previous OB practice. I experienced a slightly elevated NT scan and was extremely stressed about what that could mean (it also didn’t help that my results were delivered to me at the OB in the scariest, most unhelpful way). I was really nervous about consulting a genetics practice, because I had heard it could be pretty ‘doom and gloom.’ However, I could not have had a better experience. The staff took extra time to speak with us and answer our many questions, and I never felt pressured to get a bunch of unnecessary tests. Rather, my partner and I became equipped to evaluate our options and then choose what felt best to us. My main counselor Katie, the counselor Lisa who I also saw, and Anna at the front desk were all fantastic - they made this stressful experience much more bearable. In the end, I welcomed a healthy baby girl. I would encourage anyone referred to Genetics Center to give it a chance, and keep in mind that there are kind people working there who want to help.”
