“Prompt service, knowledgeable staff. Went in for tire repair (nail in my tire), and they fixed it free of charge. Bad news is, they let me know I needed new rear tires (confirmed), and the fronts were getting close to needing replacement. Zach ordered 2 replacement BFG All-Terrain ko2's, and gave me an estimate for 4 new tires from another brand.
After going home and doing some research, I decided to go with the Toyo Open Country T/A 3's. Called Zach and he gave me an estimate for four of those, and the price was $25 to $50 cheaper than Tire Rack, Discount Tire, and Big O.
Made an appointment for a week later, and the installation was done in a little over an hour.
I'll definitely be going back there for tire needs, and maybe even for routine service.”

“This Firestone Complete Auto Care were AWESOME! Oscar was my first person to talk to when I called to inquire about having my breaks and air conditioner fixed. Oscar told me to come on in even though it was on a Sunday. Oscar provided excellent customer service with a smile over the phone and in person. He explained everything in detail and kept me posted on any updates while they had my vehicle. I did my research before taking my Chrysler 300C anywhere. “I came here mainly to get my car washed. They did an excellent job and the price was fair. I came on the weekend so they were busy but the process was still quick and efficient. Inside the car wash retail area, they sell everything including greeting cards and snacks. They have a decent seating area. I would definitely go back.”

“Great customer service even when short staffed. There are closer car wash places to me but this company is worth going out of the way for. This is where I come to get a full service wash and seat cleaning done. They wash my floor mats and the regular vacuum service as well.”
