“I’ve been going here for a while now for oil changes and tire rotation. Today I actually needed tires and got them replaced. Quality service, good prices, and great people. Shout out to Joe for always providing great service with a smile and kindness in-person and on the phone. Thank you for not shaming me despite being overdue on the oil change. 😬”

“Honest and outstanding service. I recently moved to the area and was looking for a good auto shop. I had a diagnostic and an alternator quickly replaced in my older Mazda3. I’m very happy to have come across Main Auto and I’ll be returning for any auto issues I have in the future. Thank you!”

“I'm ALWAYS nervous taking my vehicle to any mechanic and try to do all my own work because past experiences. So when I had to take my Tacoma in for a check engine light, I thought for sure I was in for another suprise bill for questionable work... not with Karco. They were honest and ended up only replacing my fuel cap for $30.. They could have easily come up with something else to charge me a fortune for, but they didnt. So I ended up having them replace my tires as well and couldnt be happier with the level of service I received. I'll definitely be going back. I highly recommend.”

“I brought my 2017 Chevy Bolt EV in for an AC issue based on a recommendation, and I’m really glad I did. I worked with Ethan, who was extremely nice and friendly throughout the whole process. He took the time to clearly explain what was needed for the repair, broke down the different options I had, and made sure I understood everything without any pressure. They finished the car right when they said they would, which was a big plus. As an added bonus, Ethan even gave me a ride near my house since he was heading that way anyway — that kind of customer service is rare these days. Overall, a smooth and professional experience. I highly recommend Electron Automotive (and Ethan specifically) if you need work done on your EV or hybrid.”

“Norm has been our mechanic for like ever! The most honest mechanic you'll ever know. And now that Taylor has been brought in, it just gets better at Orange Hills. They are reliable, economical, very fast repairs and will shoot you straight about any future repairs that might need to happen down the road. Both Norm and Taylor are gentlemen and are a blast to talk to also! You won't be disappointed!!”

“We are from Florida, while traveling to California my wife had some A/C trouble. . Not knowing any shops in California I relied heavily on reviews. Chose Tom's, made an appointment and got in quickly. What a blessing. The whole interaction was amazing. They were thorough, honest, reasonable and genuine! No hidden fees or agendas. I highly recommend this shop!Thank you Randy and Gail! You folks are awesome!”

“Honest! And fair prices. Javier is one of the honest people I have ever met. I have brought my cars to him since 2008. He is clear about pricing. He will help you learn about your car and it's needs if you ask him. He will NOT do unnecessary work. He is kind. I can't say enough good things about him and his crew and their work. Bring your car here! Worth the drive if you're within a 200 mile radius!”

“I've been coming here for a few years, mostly for smog but I've had U.A.S. do some other work on my vehicles and am always satisfied. Honest and up front, that's what you want with a mechanic. The Good: pretty much all the work they do is good work. Never had a complaint or issue. The pricing is always fair, and the customer service is always pleasant. Like I said, they are fair and honest. Mechanics don't last long and this one has been here for years (see picture) Rick helped me out this time with some smog and tire repair, but all their reps are awesome! The Bad: sometimes it can take a little longer than expected but it's gonna be shorter than other places. The Ugly: the grease stains on the floor? Idk this place is really clean. The bathroom I suppose could use a little work but it's a mechanic shop, why are you spending time in the bathroom? So long as I keep having great interaction and service, I'll keep coming to United Automotive Service”
