This is the worst branch of first citizen bank. I am talking to the cashier and two other male manager interfere to our speech’s. Cashier want solve my problem about the checks but those two man tell me some reasons that doesn’t make sense and didn’t let the cashier speak. Their behavior is so rude and disrespectful.

Was told to wait 15 minutes been here 35 min and not one person has been seen by the person I’m waiting for. All I came in to do was open an account. I will not be opening anything just cash my check please. Because if I have to wait for service 30 min a task that’s insane.
