They always have the biggest smile on their faces and they are so helpful. I recently was just there getting my cards replaced and unfortunately the card maker wasn't working and I had to head back to work. The branch manager, Matt Smith was so nice. He dropped off my card so I can use them at my work. I appreciate him for going above and beyond to make sure I had way I needed. “I've never written a review about a bank before - I suppose I should have as I've been with some really crappy banks in the past (and I'm talking about the big guys).We came to City National because the bank we were using at the time apparently didn't want our business (it's a long story and I won't bore anyone with it). I did a huge amount of research and happened upon City National as they are a bank that deals with and understands the entertainment industry. This industry has its quirks and oddities that most banks just don't understand. After a phone conference, we decided to open our new business and personal accounts with City. Let me say, it was definitely the right choice.Jessie, Josie, Kassandra and Pedro have all been absolutely a joy to work with. They go above and beyond when we need their help. They always greet everyone with a smile. Here is a brief little story about why this team is amazing:Several years ago I needed to send a wire but I was out of the country. Jessie was also out of the country but when he found out that I was inquiring about sending a wire while I was out of the country, he literally called me directly to make sure that I was well. He was afraid that I might have been kidnapped! Mind you, he was on holiday himself and took the time to call me. He even had Josie try to reach me as well. I don't know about you, but to me, that is the very definition of amazing service and an amount of caring that one doesn't find with any other financial institution. “When I'm in Anaheim I love coming to this location! Cute black and white short awnings throughout all the businesses and restaurants within the plaza. The inside of this Comerica -It's kinda a cool unique set up. It's not a regular divided up teller counter. The center counter is where you have your banking transactions. Its a center counter and in a half moon. It's sorta weird at first but you get used to it after a few times. All the staff simultaneously greets every customer that comes in. “This is the best Chase Bank office around. The staff at the Festival Center are very professional & very helpful. The gold standard in banking. Vincent is the best Bank Manager I’ve ever known. Megan is always very helpful. So is Alexis & Sebastian. Edwin is very helpful and so is Jude. I drive 25 miles now just to see the associates at this office. I’ve been frustrated with Chase Bank a few times recently. But the Festival Center office has turned it around in a good way. As soon as I lost my card, I called them up because it didn't let me in the app and they have 24/7 service, and treated me with loyalty and cancelled the card quickly and when I came in to get some money without my card, this bank knew what to do. From the moment I reached out to the property I was always in communication with one of their contacts. Even scheduling a viewing or walk-through they were always responsive. This team was such a joy to work. They extremely professional and friendly. Any moment I had questions or needed clarification they were absolutely on it and provided all the resources I needed. The Kraemer building not only has a lower level lobby to host private events or get together's but the upper units in the building are also Airbnb's (which you can directly find on the website when looking to book) The venue (lower lobby) alone is a remarkable gorgeous property. It's two stories and really has everything you need. You feel like you're in a different era while being there. You can tell there's a lot of history and it's an extremely special property. “This branch just reopened and it is light years faster than the other one on imperial, which quoted me 1 hr - 1 hr 30 minute wait time for a banker to help with my business acct. There are 6 bankers there and 2 ppl waiting. 2nd time in a week with these wait times and will probably never go there again. Dont go there, unless you want to spend your day staring at the inside of a bank. Instead, drive the 7 mins to this banking center and get everything done with the nicest and fastest bankers this side of imperial highway. Amal and branch manager (Think it was Denise) were incredibly fast and helpful - got things done before I knew it. This is what a banking experience should be like, painless.”
