“We've used a few different storage places and The Vault is, by far, the best! Always clean, and friendly people, with weather kept in mind while building. Good drainage! But for us, these people at The Vault are HONEST! We've had others take things with the key they kept and so finding a place that has wonderful staffing is worth a lot. “I have been renting storage for many years for my work, of so many places I have been where they always give you a price and after a few months they double it and continue to increase it every few months, not even a year, this place is the only one where I have rented that It is different, they only raise the rent per year, and it is only a very small percentage, the place is more than clean, the bathrooms are impeccably clean where the others don't even have a bathroom, the staff is more than friendly and I love that everything is It opens through a phone application, you don't need keys at all, you open the gates and your space curtain with the application as well as the doors to enter the bathrooms and buildings, I highly recommend it.”
“I enjoyed my stay at Third Encore in Anaheim.. great facility in all regards. Perfect for making music. Clean, well-maintained.. and made for the purpose of music/recording/rehearsing. “I've been doing business with this people for over a year-and-a-half the great to give you time to pay your stores they don't a rash you they have cameras and watch out for your stuff they keep everybody in line and everything is great to keep a clean elevators work everything works when you go to use it keep up the good work appreciate it”
“Superb customer service! The manager is a gentleman of the first order who treats everyone with courtesy and respect. My unit is a drive up so no elevator and it has a 12 foot ceiling! They encouraged me put shelves in so I can get whatever I need without having to move something else! More than anything else, I feel safe. There are cameras, motion detectors, and license plate readers so someone is always keeping an eye the place. Stor-Mor gives me Peace of Mind because I know that my stuff is secure, management is trustworthy, and owner wants nothing more from me than the rent. I found out that for security they check every lock in the facility twice each day. When my door was not properly locked the Manager called to warn me and insist that I return to fix the problem. Because I own a business I get a 5% discount and 24 hour access, while most have 6:00am to 7:00pm access. It takes me only two minutes to get on the 91 freeway from my unit and that gets me everywhere else without being stopped at red lights on surface streets.”
“Interstate move- The driver, Alberto and the two state teams were terrific: on time, efficient, polite, very careful with my possessions, quick and exactly what I hoped for in a moving crew. Would definitely recommend this company for any move!”
“The prices going up every so often, no cameras inside the buildings, letting homeless store in there, which i heard recently someone's unit was broken into. It scares me, though I have insurance, getting paid off for your things (emotional things) you store get stolen, those are irreplaceable. I wish they had cameras inside buildings.? I like it here because staff is nice, and super close to work. Though sometimes inside the storage units in the hallway, it's smells like urine and trash is left everywhere. But I will stay here, hopefully things get better.”
“I’m giving them 5 stars BECAUSE the lumper for a full trailer was only $100ANDthey had me completely done&out of there in less than 45 minutes on July 4.I pulled in and blind-side backed into the dock.There were 3 empty side-by-side docks so it really wasn’t that hard.Yes,it’s tight but it’s really no different than some truck stops.Actually easier as long as there enough empty docks.It’s not a big place so it’s not like there getting loads all day like SYSCO or a Walmart DC.You CAN do it-just be patient and take your time.”
