It’s hard to find people in the service industry nowadays that really go above and beyond, and the shop has exactly that called late on a Friday and they were able to squeeze me in and got me out affordable prices without sacrificing on quality and service. “I needed tires for my 2025 Tesla Y Performance model. This car has staggered rims and use particular tires. Leo was able to get me the same tires but for a lower price compared to the big corps and other tire shops around.
Best bang for your buck! Leo and his staff are the most professional people I have delt with. I went to big corp tire places (American tires, just tired etc.) just to name a few, but Leo and his staff bests their professionalism by far, in my opinion.
Leo was courteous and made sure I was getting what I wanted and needed and I didn't once feel pressured to purchase something I didn't want. He gave me options and suggested what is best for my car.

“I’ve had my Tesla for less than a year, and unfortunately, I’ve had flat tires five times due to nails. I had my tires repaired twice at the Becker Tire Orange location, and this time I brought my car to the Anaheim location. The service at both Becker Tire locations has always been excellent. The staff are honest, professional, and genuinely try their best to repair your tire instead of upselling you on a new one.
Their prices are reasonable, and they don’t use scare tactics like some places that claim Tesla tires can’t be fixed. I really appreciate their integrity and customer service. Highly recommended!”

“Had a massive air leak from my tire while I was in Fullerton for my daughter's friend's birthday--got a warning to pull over immediately. I quickly searched for a nearby tire shop and found this place, and I'm so glad I did.
Huge shout-out and special thank you to Diego--he was incredibly fast, knowledgeable, and kind throughout the whole process. I called the shop at 1:15 PM, arrived at 1:25 PM, and was back on the road by 1:41 PM. That kind of speed and efficiency is rare!
They found that my tire had both a nail puncture and a large rock puncture. Diego and the team tried to see if it could be patched, but the damage was too extensive. They then offered me a replacement tire at a very affordable price, and I really appreciated how transparent and helpful they were. Because I just got it replaced, I am not sure about the longevity of the tire, but if I didn't get it replaced today I would have needed a tow home.
Everyone I interacted with was genuinely nice. If you're ever in a bind around this area, I'd highly recommend stopping by. Thanks again, Diego--you saved my day!”
