“Took my 4runner here for a wheel alignment before a long road trip and Cook's did a great job through and through. I called several local shops and the pricing was competitive (with Yelp discount) and most importantly they were able to fit me in on a short notice. I did appreciate how the service person explained some of the details re: the alignment- the only thing I would have changed is that I wished they provided me the printout of each of the wheel alignment settings to get things back to factory spec. They did provide a 6 month warranty on the service, very welcome and appreciated! Cook's has a well deserved high rating and I would recommend it for your tire and alignment needs.”

“I had the dreaded EV Hybrid P0A80 Code (Replace Hybrid Battery Pack). I began to look on the internet and YouTube. Several places recommend Electron Hybrid Solutions as the best with their cylindrical cells. I called the shop and spoke with Jose. He answered all of my many many questions. Their pricing was very good even for the improved cells. After asking what installation would cost would be, I felt that it was low enough that I didn't want to do it myself and risk messing something up. They were very accommodating with my schedule. Once they had my vehicle they ran a very comprehensive test and made recommendations. The car was completed on time. I would highly recommend this business for all Hybrid related services. They know their stuff”

“Got an oil change nearby and was advised I had 2 nails in 2 different tires and uneven tread, or so I was told. Went to two tire shops to get pricing and see if they can be patched. First place Just Tires kid says park car and someone in the office can assist. I walk in, and no one is there, waited....waited...walk back out. There are only 2 staff members. 1 sitting on the ground on their phones 1 can not even check my tires to see what I needed. Zero customers or cars in any of the bay areas. Didn't offer to assess and see what I needed while 6 for someone to return from lunch. Apparently, they have to wait until this person returns to assist customers. 2nd place American Tire said they don't have enough staffing I could drop off the car. Ordinarily, it would be fine but low staff on a Sunday where I thought most working M-F folks would be getting cars worked on, couldn't stay. Then Discount tires!!!! Kevin!! 1 nail, not 2, tread is not uneven and is good. 1 nail, not all the way through. Checked my air once more, and all is good. I am so thankful, and I will be back when tires are needed for any of our 3 cars. Available, honest, professional, and great customer service.”

“We really needed tires, but we kept putting it off. After a really bad experience while driving, we decided to bring it into Big O Tires in Orange because, quite frankly, Isaac was very nice over the phone with answering all of our questions over the phone! We did call a few shop around our area, but no one really wanted to check stock, or their prices weren't reasonable. Upon arriving at Big O Tires, Isaac greeted us immediately. Walked with us to the service desk, and we had 2 estimates within 10 minutes. We went ahead and agreed, and even though Isaac offered to call a complimentary lift ride for us, we decided to walk around the area while they worked on our cars. Quotes for the tires were reasonably priced, and as far as service goes, we can't complain. We got tires the same day, a day before New Year's Eve. I'm even shocked Isaac pulled this off! Absolutely loved the customer service at this location. Everyone was super nice. I will definitely be returning to get some recommended repairs that were mentioned to us!
