“The Electron cylindrical cell battery has been performing flawlessly in the Lexus CT200h. Installation was completed over two days and everything fit as expected. Our tire got flat and dangerously low pressure so we had to get a tire inflator first and was recommended by the sales lady to go to OC tires nearby to check the tire. Very nice job done - fast, friendly and reliable! Also very sincere about whether needs to replace tire or just fix it! Ends up with a quick fix when prepared to change a new tire. Highly recommend OC tire !”

“I got a flat tire on a Sunday afternoon on the way to a campsite. After calling multiple places and receiving a “we’re too busy” or “it’ll be a few hours”, we luckily reached Jason at Big O Tires. Jason greeted us as soon as we arrived, gave me a transparent tire check, and got us a new affordable tire with an hour (unfortunately, it was a big puncture on the side). We also mentioned we were in a rush and he expedited everything for us with the utmost empathy. Jason is a superstar! If you’re ever in need, come ask for Jason :)”
