Husband recently opened up an account and they’re horrible. They take so long to give you your bonus. Compared to chase got my bonus within a week.

Worst customer service ever from the tellers to the manager. I can't see a banker without an appointment, the manager standing there chewing gum with mouth wide open, tellers having side conversation as they are helping me with my transaction,and when expressing the bad service they are providing they said I can complaint... read full comment
