“Not really sure about this establishments low ratings. I went in for a pair of boots. There was only 2 young ladies working that day and it got a little busy. Although busy both ladies were super attentive and helpful. I was planning on going somewhere else for price comparison. Due to their customer service I ended up buying my boots there and will most likely return in the future.”
“What an amazing crew at the WSS at the anaheim Town square. Marco the manager as well as Raul and staff were very attentive during my visit. The staff was friendly they were able to show me several styles based on what I was looking for and provided detailed info about each shoe they recommended that made it unique and a good fit for my needs. The price range was very affordable for many of the shoes I selected, additional accessories were also very affordable and the staff was more than willing to show me more options if fit my needs. This is not the first time I shop here or the first time that the staff is so helpful. During my visit I saw other customers get the same great service and one thing that stud out as I walked in for the first time was how clean and inviting the places looked. I thank Mario the manager, Raul and staff for being so polite and helpful and recommended this store to anyone who is looking to get a new pair of shoes. They have a super selection.”

“Wow - I honestly did not expect this level of customer service from an outlet store. Not only is the store clean and well-organized, but the store associates really went above and beyond. They were out of my daughter's size in the shoes she had her heart set on. They easily could have said, "Nope, sorry we're out" but instead they found them online, placed the order for us with free shipping, AND still honored the BOGO with the other pair we were buying in store. To top it off, they gave the kiddos coloring sheets, stickers, and their own little draw string bags. Such a great experience, really made our whole day. I wish I would have gotten the associates names - but the gentlemen working the afternoon of 07/23 are giving the store a good name!”

“Came here to buy kids clothes for my friends that recently have a baby. They have a huge selection here ranging from newborns to toddlers. I like coming to this location because of the large parking area and plus if you can't find something here you can visit other stores in this Anaheim Plaza. I found a few cute one sizes and matching socks. There's also a sale or clearance section that you can also find good deals. But it ca be a bit messy. Overall good shopping experience. Staff is friendly and helpful.”

“Visited during Hurricane Hilary on 8/20/23 with my friends to help them find better water shoes since they only had flip flops. Customer service was spot on! All the workers were attentive and helpful, especially Dani. She made checkout so easy so that we can start our magical fun in the parks after buying the right slippers. My friend was also able to use her military discount! I understand past reviews show horrible customer service, but times have definitely changed. What a great experience!”
