The people in the branches were always so sweet, attentive, and genuine. They always tried and exhausted every resource to help me with whatever I needed. I don't bank with them anymore because I moved away; but I wanted to make this review because I haven't found a bank as good as them since.”

“I’ve been reading through a lot of the reviews and there are so many that are very negative. Frankly, I am very surprised. I’ve been banking with Sierra Central for 35 years. I have financed my last three vehicles through them, I find their online services easy to use, and whenever I’ve gone into the bank personally, I’ve been greeted and served professionally by courteous staff. Though it is unfortunate that there is no Saturday service like with other banks, I just plan ahead and make sure any banking that needs to be done is done during the week so it’s not an issue. I have been extremely happy and satisfied with the service that I receive from them. I can’t think of banking anywhere else!”
