“Incredibly awesome staff. They are always kind, and always helpful. Once my phone died and I couldnt pay for my slice of pizza and drink the very awesome woman cashier went as far as paying for my food for me, small acts of kindness that I wont forget. another time i was there I dropped my slurpee when I walked out the door while getting on my bike and they offered me another one free. I wish more establishments still held this type of respect for their customers...thank you 711.”
“My daughter Took my granddaughter in to get her first phone. Fabian was the best, no. better than I have ever seen anyone do. He kept track of all the people needs in the store. Prioritizing each need.
You see the Anderson store was closed and he was alone.
My Granddaughter felt like she was the most important person in the store, but than so did each customer.
He presented her with her phone and helped Mom reinforce the rules for safety. He was wonderful and entertaining making the wait seem minor.
Also she added a tablet for her son, he gave her his thoughts and pointers on what he felt was important for his needs.
Thinking of how boring that experience could have been, and how it actually went, I was surprised when I found out he wasn't the manager of the store.
My advice to Metro is every manager should be as excited to do his job and caring as Fabian.”
“We switched from Verizon to T Mobile, and got 4 iPhones 17 for free when we switched, they beat Verizon’s pice so much so that we even added an extra line for the 5th member of our family and it was still cheaper than what I was paying with Verizon. Sam was the gentleman that helped us in the store, he was very patient and explained things very well. He was very honest and upfront about the whole package and how the deal worked. He gave us some helpful tips regarding battery life and Apple Care. He even turned on the World Cup game for us while we transferred data and set up new phones. I hate getting new phones and was honestly dreading the whole process, but with Sam it was easy and fun. Great guy! Great service! Great deal!”
