We purchased a new sectional couch and upon delivery we noticed a few spots in the frame that were defective or had some damage, the delivery guys took pictures and I called the store. They had the new pieces delivered same day and they ordered a new chaise lounge that they did not have in stock and will replace it when it comes in. I highly recommend!”
