“I went here in a pinch to get my oil changed and they were very fast and very friendly. The 2 women at the front desk were very friendly and helpful and they took about 40mins when I did a walk in. I like that I can shop while I wait which is why I came here, I don't always want to hang out in an oil changing places waiting room for an hour”
“There great. They saved me 10 hours of labor on my car just by being honest. They explained what I can do myself and that saved me alot of money. Great business great people and great customer service”
“Love this place! In and out in 30 mins or sometimes less if no one else is there. The staff is extremely friendly and they always go above and beyond to make sure I have any information I need. They also let me sit inside with my dog. Would highly recommend, I will always go here for my oil changes!”
“Needed some TPMS sensors installed on my 2018 Toyota Landcruiser and Autoworks took care of me next day. Everything is working smoothly and enjoyed the professional experience.”
“I highly recommend Fritz! They are so kind and reasonably priced - they even gave me a recommendation for a fix when I wasn’t using them to do the repair. Cricket and Jeremy are the best front desk people”
“Very professional outfit. Amber was great at following up. I can’t recommend them higher. Probably the best experience I’ve had at automotive repair shop.”
“Had my oil changed here. They were great. Got us in and done within a decent time. The mechanics communicated well with us and showed us our filters, told us we had an exhaust leak but everything else was fine. Good prices and prompt services. Would recommend.”
“Very friendly, had a oil change appointment and was in and out timely. Technician was thorough and thankfully noted a couple issues I wasn't aware of.
Great staff, honest.. highly recommend..”
“Stellar service. Conscientious employees.
All my cars get their oil change here.
Made one mistake in all the years and immediately made it right.
Can't say enough good things about this locally owned business.”

“Caleb & Geno are excellent salesman. They were very helpful & knowledgeable with all that we needed when purchasing the new vehicle. Thank you guys! 😊”
“Sarn is wonderful! We had a failed starter. He was recommended by my husbands co-worker. Called Sarn in the morning and he said to bring the car right in. Got the car towed in and he had it fixed in just a few hours! Very thankful to him and the crew there!”
“I went in for a simple oil change and they asked me about my turn signal not working and it reminded me I had purchased an extra bulb. And since I had that bulb in my glove box they cheerfully said to me they would put it in. Same thing with some windshield wipers I had been intending to install. They helped me get the best price that was available with coupons. Their attitude was super professional and I will probably start having all my oil changes down there even though I don't live in Redding. Thank you!”
“TJ you kick ass!!! Thank you for making us feel so cared for and our car getting taken care of so easily. Customer service skills are amazing and the work done was very reliable and I felt like my car was even safer yeah shout out to TJ he made it happen he keeps that whole place running”
“Trevor Robertson was amazing. We found ourselves in a bit of a crisis and had to buy our daughter a car immediately. He literally helped us buy the very car he got for his wife and they shipped it in from Japan for her birthday. It was white glove, Service.”
