“I went in for a simple oil change and they asked me about my turn signal not working and it reminded me I had purchased an extra bulb. And since I had that bulb in my glove box they cheerfully said to me they would put it in. Same thing with some windshield wipers I had been intending to install. They helped me get the best price that was available with coupons. Their attitude was super professional and I will probably start having all my oil changes down there even though I don't live in Redding. Thank you!”
“Imagine driving from the bay area up through Oregon, and having a tire bulge up between Redding and Shasta. Not a single shop is open on a Sunday. Suddenly, the Walmart auto care center appears. They are open, have all 4 tires you need, and will make sure they stay to get that job done to get you back on the road. These guys are awesome, fast, and efficient. From confirming they had multiple sets of tires that would fit to waiting for us to chug our donut riding car into the lot and making sure we were taken care of even after they were supposed to close. Thank you guys, fantastic service.”
