“I moved out of Arlington Creek Apartments in September 2023 after living there for approximately 10-11 years. While there, I experienced a few property managers come and go as management was restructured. The first property manager Jody, was great; the in betweens not so much. Arlington Creek Apartments scored when they connected the management dream team (in my eyes) Marigold and Carmen have been nothing short of amazing! They provided structure for the complex by enforcing the lease contract for example no smoking inside of your unit, they kept the property clean with their wonderful maintenance staff. They were available to answer questions and provide quick responses should on a rare occasion my unit needed attention. The management team were also pleasant and easy to speak with. Oh the apartment complex was affordable!!! Unfortunately, I had to make a big girl decision to move out to secure my own home. I am truly grateful for the experience my girls and I had at Arlington Creek and highly recommend Arlington Creek as a place to call home. Thank you Marigold and Carmen!”

“Jocelyne helped me get moved in within a week! She helped me sign everything I needed to remotely as work keeps me on the road a great deal. The apartment is a great size, clean and with fresh floors and appliances. The lounge has plenty of space for work and meetings and the pool looks like it will be great fun in the summer. A half mile walk to a grocery store and half a dozen fast casual restaurants. Moving is always stressful, but this was the best move I’ve ever had.”

“We have been living here for almost 3 months now and are very happy. Apartment was newly renovated when moving in and in pretty good shape, apart from a few things that were fixed fairly quickly. It is a quiet complex, apart from the occasional sound from the neighbors, can’t complain too much. Have have a couple issues needing a maintenance person and they were there to fix it within 2 hours both times. Nice gym and pool. Everyone at the front office is very nice and responsive. We look forward to staying here!”

“I figured I'd review since the reviews are a bit older and a new manager apparently is here now. Angela is the property manager and really takes pride in this community. It's well maintained. Quiet neighbors, clean amenities and my place was perfect prior to move in. Maintenance is really great about getting orders done in 24hrs which I love. Usually no problem finding parking but the occasional cars that are just parked in the same spot here and there but other than that a great place to live. I'm a homeowner still and still fairly new to Roseville. Older well kept communities tend to be more quit not so much traffic and affordable which I loved about this community!FYI: This is an honest review from someone with previous property Mgt industry experience as well so I'm a bit picky!”

“We have lived at The Reva for a year now and have no complaints. The management team is there to help with any questions you may have. Maintenance comes the following day after putting in a request. I haven’t ran into any major issues here and I doubt I will. It is a very quiet place to live and is surrounded by nature. If there is anything being renovated you receive an email keeping you updated with the status. If you’re looking for an apartment complex that genuinely cares and helps then this would be a great fit. Thank you Pari and the rest of the team.”

“So we lived here for a few years (just moved feb 2022) and while the place can use some upgrades (no central heat/ac type things) i really enjoyed it overall.I enjoyed being by the creek and hearing all of the birds, sometimes turkeys wandering around.Anytime I needed something fixed that I couldnt/didn't want to do myself, it was always addressed within a day.Everyone in the complex seemed really nice, we have been lucky enough to have some really awesome neighbors!I will say, full disclosure, there are a couple of people that seem to sleep nearby (homeless/on drugs)...not the fault of the apartments but something to just be aware of)”

“Recently moved in as of 10/23 so far so good. Under new management & they are improving most of the things previous residents are complaining about. Gated apartments with visible security presence, Attentive when it comes to keeping apartments grounds clean & neighbors are quiet at night… ONLY complaint is most neighbors have a lot of mess on their patios which they have recently sent out notices regarding that too.”

Never really had any complaints considering the area of Arden can sometimes have a bad reputation. Super quiet, super clean, and the two newer ladies that currently work up front at the moment are doing a fabulous job at trying to make the complex an even better place , my boyfriend and I just recently moved out and had to give these two ladies a shoutout because they made the process even easier for us ! “I lived here for two years in a 2 bedroom and loved it! I got lucky with super low maintenance neighbors and the management was always great. This was my first home on my own and I have to say I don't think I could've had a better experience. Would highly recommend moving here. The only reason I didn't give the 5th star was because there were always homeless people in the dumpsters which wasn't something that ever became a problem but wasn't ideal obviously.”

“I love my new home! The cabinets and counter tops caught my eye the moment I stepped into my home! I have everything I need here. A stove, dishwasher, fridge, a microwave, a gym, picnic area, a pool and several washers and dryers. Everything could not have went more smoothly. OH!
