“I’ve been going to BMR FOR ABOUT 9 years now. I recently had to take my car in to replace the battery and when I went to drive it that week the passenger window wouldn’t operate. I took it back today and asked if replacing the battery could be the problem. They weren’t sure and said that sometimes with old cars different things happen at the same time. Anyway
, they said they would check it out and if it was something that went wrong with the battery exchange, it would be no charge. Guess what, they forgot to rest something when the battery was placed and they fixed it no charge! Thanks for being an honest shop!”

“I called at first at 5:45 to ask if I could bring in a loose Tire to get the puncture fixed. Gentleman said yes come on in, I arrive 25 minutes later and he's able to fix it within 15 minutes. charge me a great rate. Couldn't be happier.”

“I went in for an oil change one afternoon and the mechanics were very kind, helpful, and patient. It was my first time going to an auto shop alone and this made it very easy and helpful. I am very glad that the prices were cheap as mines was only around 44$ for an oil change. The greeter, I didn't quite get his name, was very informational and explained everything very well. I was also very glad that they didn't try scamming me like other auto shops. Usually, they'll see a young girl and immediately charge her $140 just to pump her tires or something like that.Everything was super fast for a Walmart as well. I honesty thought it was gonna take at least 2 hours but they got it done with 30 minutes which I'm pretty delighted about. You get to roam around Walmart and just have fun. Meanwhile, you pay at the front desk, get your receipt and you are finish!Everything was very wonderful. Will be back here again.”
