He made sure that I got the suit I wanted at a great price. Once the suit came in, a quick visit to the store gives you the option of a final alteration to achieve a perfect fit. “I'm blown away by the high quality service and product I received from Christopher and the rest of the team at R. Douglas Custom Clothier. My daughter is getting married on April 20 and I foolishly went to Jos. A Bank to get a custom suit in early January. Their inability to put anything together that fit right was like a laughable prank. Nearly 3 months into the process I dumped them and desperately needed help from R. Douglas. They helped me with my deadline and came through with a luxurious jacket that literally fit perfectly on arrival. I'll be back to buy more suits in the future, for sure! What a fool I was for not coming here first!”

“I'm not easily impressed, but my experience here was great! Had a last minute wardrobe change due to a same day (evening) graduation. Needed trousers and shirt. I'm rather tall. On our arrival we were greeted and assisted by Vinny. He was the best! Took my measurements, found me a great shirt and pants combo very quickly. Volunteered to make adjustments on the spot. Did so with excellent care and precision.
This is a very nice shop, with nice selections and friendly staff (especially my main man Vinny!).
Thanks for helping Me look good at my wife's college graduation!”

“As soon as I entered the store, I was immediately acknowledged by a sales clerk who was extremely knowledgeable about the store inventory. She could tell I was in a hurry and adjusted herself accordingly without compromising the quality of service I was receiving and at the same time staying in sales rep mode. She had such a a tremendous pleasant personality that there will be no other place I shop for clothes. Keep in mind, I am a Walmart and thrift store kind of guy and was not expecting to pay what I did for what I bought. Dxl is no Walmart. They carry quality clothes that I know will last longer fit better and most importantly , save me time. The price is irrelevant and by no means unreasonable. What a great store.”

“My visit here today was Great!! I was finally as an Adult able to get the Ben Davis jacket that I've wanted since my first day of High School and boy oh boy am I super happy they had my size in-stock and available it was $100 but 100% worth every dollar. The owner and his wife were excellent, the store is small but wow does it have some of the best and highest quality screen t-shirts with a little bit of everything from Lowriders, Supreme to just ornate designs.Overall just a wonderful visit Thank you so much and I hope the business keeps thriving through the crazy economic times Many Blessings!”

“Arrived in Roseville after lunch for a pre construction site visit early tomorrow. Wore and packed as if it was Escondido weather, with base layer and t shirts. Here in Roseville it's sunny and too warm for what I packed. Needed to find a cheap long sleeve shirt for work the next morning. Found this establishment directly across the freeway and was closing in less than an hour. Arrived and was assisted with my options by a gentleman who works here. Got an awesome shirt for a great price and was out the door quickly. Convenient location, outstanding customer service and great prices. I'll visit here again.”
“We went to Nordstrom, Aerie, Hollister, PacSun, Abercrombie and Buckle last today. None of the other stores had employees ask if we needed anything at all or we couldn’t find anyone on the floor. Suzy at Buckle who I think was the store manager was AMAZING. She came up to us and asked if we needed any help, pulled sizes, introduced herself and checked on us multiple times in the fitting room. It didn’t feel like she was trying to make a sale but genuinely wanted to help! We left with 2 pairs of jeans! Definitely is someone who cares about her job. Thank you Suzy!”

“I wish I could remember the names of the staff who helped us because several of them were just amazing. Yesterday, 8/9/25, my daughter and I went into the store. She picked out several items to try on, and the staff were so helpful—finding the right sizes, helping us locate what she wanted, and even pairing things together.
When we got to the fitting rooms, one of the outfit zippers broke, and my daughter was so sad. We grabbed another one, but that zipper was messed up too, and she ended up in tears. The staff were incredibly kind, reassuring her it wasn’t her fault. They offered to either give us the outfit at a discount or order one online and ship it to our house. They were so apologetic and genuinely sweet about the whole situation.
They even went the extra mile to find another outfit, checked to make sure the zipper worked, and made sure my daughter left with the one she wanted most. I just have to applaud the young women working there for being so caring and patient—it really made my mom heart happy. We had such a great experience and will definitely be shopping there again. Huge thanks to the entire staff for all their help—it was truly appreciated!”

“The Old Navy on Arden Way has all the clothing for kids, teenagers, and adults. A lot of items are on sale or some kind of promotion too! The store is clean and looks good. This store seems less busy than other Old Navy stores in town. The shopping experience is more enjoyable.”
“Everything at least 30% off. Clearance 50% off. The store is well laid out. I was able to find what I was looking for easily. The staff was helpful and friendly. They got me the correct size and offered suggestions. I found a sweater and top. I almost bought jeans, but I couldn't decide which one to get. I will be back and highly recommend this location.”
