“Erica has been nothing short of awesome! I was on call with Verizon customer care for over 3 hours trying to solve an issue I had with my line so I decided to visit the store and get some help. Erica (the general manager) showed true professionalism and was quick to tackle my problem. Within 5 minutes I was already out the store and couldn’t have been happier!
