“After running around in Lyft to 3 different places I googled a phone repair shop called them and when they said they can get my son phone screen fixed within 20 mins I decided to test my luck and thankfully the guy there was so nice and I took longer than 20 mins because I wasn't in a rush and phone was fixed quickly and ready for me to pick up thankfully to him the day was saved I would have to say if you have any issues go here also they have a warranty for certain mishaps so please read instructions well walked simply ask very nice respectful and fast turnaround service thank you again for repairing my son screen in a timely manner and let me not forget cheap affordable prices”
“Nelli was outstanding! I hate phone shopping and all the corporate sales plan games and switching promotions and general FOMO trickery by phone companies but theyre a necessary evil. Nelli took the time to explain my current plan which had an issue, and he got it worked out with the home office, took the time to break down all of my options since I really wanted to see what was available since we had multiple lines and devices. I had to be clear on it and take notes because I had to explain it to multiple people on our account. Thanks to Nelli for being a professional. I had gone to two other stores and just didn't want to give them my business because of the way they carried themselves and interacted. Everyone at this location was cordial and professional and head and shoulders above other stores in town i went to previously.”

“Benjamin, at Folsom Bld. was another example of a truly safe place for a woman to go.
My every question was answered addressed and handled.
I was even stumbling to ask follow up questions, as he was proactively looking for my best financial best interest .
He proactively explained a couple of scenarios of outcomes and what to expect.
In a world of normally becoming accustomed to blase, and frankly, misogynistic displays of arrogance and indifference, the simple refreshing kindness of being treated like a human is making me a very loyal customer.
So much and so, my son who is 11, it's coming back with me to sign up for his own phone.
I trust Benjamin to be an honorable salesmen, and demonstrate what it is like for me to shop in a safe environment.
Because what you'll see on other posts of mine where I am not so kind, what I realized is, these experiences have happened in front of my children.
So my children have seen me degraded and mansplayed away, buy both males and female in different industries.At different times.
As my children mature, as they decide, well, they will spend their money, they are paying attention to how their mother is treated.
I see that now.
So thank you Benjamin, like the gentleman at Auto Zone, off of Freeport and Stockton Boulevard, I feel very honored.”

“The staff at this location is what makes it a 5-star review. Many thanks to K. We stopped by during the week and the store was empty. As soon as we walked in, K greeted us and allowed us to let him know why we were there. He did not try to upsell or anything but instead gave us his honest opinion about selecting the best option to save money. He was very genuine. We came in for a usual upgrade but went another route based on K's recommendation. Even though we had to get new phone numbers, the price for the new plan, phone and accessories was VERY affordable. Like i said, he did not try to upsell or push me to pay more than I needed to based on what I was seeking for my family members. He was super friendly and customer service oriented. He was respectable, personable AND honest. He even gave me a heads up about the 1st bill appearing more than what was agreed upon and advised me to just come into the store to get the first billing corrected. And I did just that. I actually waited to write this review to see if everything would go as planned as K had advised.
I came in a few days before the actual payment was due. K wasn't isnt the shop at the time. I believe the other staff member was named Sam (wears glasses, and has semi long hair, well put together as well). Sam was great too! He basically left off where K did for my family and me. I told him what K had advised me the month before and he knew exactly what to do. It was seamless! After Sam fixed whatever needed to be fixed in the system, he directed me to just go home and make the payment online to save an extra $5 if I were to make the payment in store. Like K, Sam went above and beyond!
If you're able to be helped my K or Sam then you're lucky. But based on both individual's performances, I'm sure all the staff that do work there are just as exceptional. Great experience at the W. El Camino Metro PCS location overall.”
