“We were scammed by the T-mobile retailer in the Roseville Galleria mall. We had a lot of issues with the bills and services. We found this store and they are the T-Mobile corporate store not a retailer. Mike spent hours with us to fix the issues and another 3 months to finally clear all the problems that the retailer store made. We couldn’t thank enough for their patience and support. They truly represent the highest customer service in T-mobile. If not for their help, we would left T-mobile long ago. Highly recommend them!”

“we got there early, which was really nice. Not so busy self check-in was pretty nice. Didn’t even take less than five minutes are initial visit. Was to add a new line to our existing Account. Anthony did his best to try to find a certain number we wanted which we appreciated and also he was asking about Internet and we were able to get AT&T over the current one I have which is very expensive and we’re really excited about the change overall very good experience. I actually love this store. We go there for all our needs. Excellent help sometimes it’s really really busy but this time it wasn’t.”
