By far the nicest and most Knowledgeable staff I have encountered . We were so impressed we brought our boy Preacher back to meet the staff the same day, and to use their state of the art self washing station that has a sanitary clean cycle after each use .Largest selection of raw diet food I have ever seen at a brick and mortar store . After we finish our boys kibble we will be switching him over to raw!P.S. if you are within 5 be miles , they will deliver your online orders to you !”

“I bought my first bird, a sweet cockatiel, from this place a few years ago and they are how my bird journey started. I frequently buy food from here as well. Everyone is very kind and understanding, and always willing to help. My cockatiel was nicely priced, but my only complaint is some of the birds do have high prices.”
“I was suffering from a flea infestation. I did my research, found where the fleas came from, and everything. I asked one of the workers here, a middle-aged lady, if a certain product would help me with it. We had a long, wonderful chat about if it would work and she guided me on exactly what to do. I didn't catch her name, but I will be forever grateful.”

“Came here to get a bag of hay to winterize the fetal cathouses my husband and I have in our backyard for the cats we care for. A small, beautifully appointed feed store that had a great selection of premium pet food and supplements, and some pretty awesome looking chicken coops if you are lucky enough to have a yard big enough for chickens! The store is super clean and the young woman who packaged up my small bag of straw was super sweet! I've been driving by this store for many decades and it's super convenient, since it's not that easy to find a true feed store in the area.”

“Went in today on an impulsive mindset of getting a few chicks to eventually have my own eggs at home. The staff were really educational when asking which chicks would be best for what I wanted, which is eventually having my own eggs lol, and helped us select food and other beginners items that we needed. I saw another customer review on here that said the staff checked the chicks that were selected before having you buy them and I don't recall seeing the staff check them before putting in a box for me. Other than that, today is day 1 and I'm super excited!”

“I just got off the phone and it's Saturday so please call them, they're open Wednesday thru Saturday 10 AM till 7 PM. For just nails you don't need an appointment to get them trim. ?Google needs to update all this information because it's not helping. I'm so glad I called and I will take my 2 dogs in for their nails this coming weds and then next month a bath. Don't always trust Google pick up the phone and call them.

“We adopted our Golden Aussie mix from here in early April and she has been a delightful addition to our lives. The process started several months earlier in Jan when we applied online and then scheduled a home visit and then afterward, we stayed in touch for several weeks until a suitable dog was identified. The volunteers here really care about the dog and it shows. They schedule a home visit and interview to get to know your lifestyle and think about a dog that best fits you. The adoption process does not happen overnight but I think it is worth it and shows their due diligence in trying to find a forever home for these amazing animals.”
“I've been trying to find a good cat groomer in the area, and this place was amazing. The staff were so sweet and did a great job with my cat. The price is also one of the more affordable I've been able to find. They got me in one day after I called for an appointment. Long hair cat bath, de-shed, and brush was only $108! No complaints here. I can tell the staff care about the animals they work on. My cat came back so fresh and so clean!!”

“The employees were so welcoming and kind and the store was clean. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is because of a lack of XS dog harnesses and collars. I really wanted to make a purchase on a harness but couldn’t find one that I liked that would fit my puppy. The other reason for a 4 star is for the lack of shopping carts. I saw a high volume of customers here and only 3 carts. I had to keep putting my stuff on the floor to look at the collars and harnesses.”

My little 17 year old chihuini is always well cared for even for a drop in toes and bootie fix the ladies in grooming are always extra careful and very caring. Marley steps out like the little prince. Great supply of treats and homeopathic remedies and always a little sample in the bag for the pickiest dog on tge planet. “I had the best experience with these kind people plus my Buddy really liked them. I am in my late 80s and had to go pick up Buddy in the dark. There shop is off the highway and hard to find at night. They said they called me right away because it was dark they would bring Buddy to my home but I didn't hear the phone ring, so I didn't pick up . They ended up taking me home in my car with husband driving me and his wife followed us to bring him home. I was amazed at the kindness they showed to me and they will be Buddy's groomers as long as I'm able to get him there. Plus they do a good job grooming my shi-tsu pup,”
