“Love love love the staff here. I have a Texas heeler that has not had good experiences with vets from a very early age and Doctor Smith is great with him. Her and her staff are so friendly, even when they know they are in for a visit when they see us come in. I also came into Frenchie by accident and had NO IDEA what to do with her. They took their time and answered all of my questions and even praised me for the stuff I was already doing. I really can't say enough good things! I will always recommend them!”

They are always so patient and informative. We just had our first boarding for both my dogs, reactive one included. And they came back in the same condition I left them. This guy had been with me over 12 years, camped all over, greatest personality I have ever seen in an animal.He once ran off a large bear although he loved kids. The Doc and staff at Reagor were absolutely amazing. Helpful, compassionate, and not greedy.
Had to say that because it matters. Sorry you guys for having to put up with an old bearded iffy looking man crying like a baby. But thank you from the recess of my heart.”

After calling multiple veterinary clinics in the area to assist with unfortunately having to put our little dog down due to him declining in health in a matter of hours very quickly from seizures, they were so accommodating and helpful. The staffs demeanor was caring and so well explained compared to anywhere else we called. Their fees were also way more reasonable than anywhere else. We were so grateful for their compassion and getting us in so quickly to do one of the hardest things in life saying goodbye to our 17 year old fur baby. We cannot express how grateful we are to them in navigating this difficult time.

“The appointment system is easy when you know it. Same day visits are great. The vet, Dr. Katharyn Hart and her assistants are friendly, caring and thorough. Just heard the have shut down all VIP Car Centers. I'm so disappointed. We would follow Dr. Hart if she opens up somewhere else.”
“We've been coming here for at least a year. I'm not sure the exact length of time, but I mention this because I'm prefacing this review with a TBD. These allergy injection treatments take a couple of years to see results, so we're still waiting to find out if it works. So far, I've been really pleased with the following things. 1. The staff are always super nice and helpful. 2. They have a phone number where we can text pictures of our dog's breakouts so the doctor can look at it quickly without us having to drive an hour round trip to come in. 3. They are the only business in the area that still requires masks, and as someone who is still experiencing symptoms from having covid once, I really really appreciate this! My pitbull has really serious skin issues, and the medications they have prescribed have cleared up the issues in the short-term which is great. We're also on the injections, which are longer term, and this is just for her allergy issues. We have a different vet for everything else. Luckily all of the treatments we've gotten here have been covered by pet insurance, so I feel lucky we've found this place.”

Local quotes for just the scan were overwhelming, so I looked outside the Bay and found VCA Cordova. From my first call, Kristen made the process easy. She gathered records from all my previous vets, kept me updated by text, and arranged a same-day consultation and CT since we were driving two hours each way. The estimate she gave me was fair and accurate.
Dr. Henley examined my cat with such kindness and care. She explained everything clearly, showed me videos from the CT, and recommended a treatment plan that made complete sense. Two weeks later my cat had her procedure, and the final cost actually came in under the quote. Kristen kept me updated throughout the day, which made a stressful time much easier.
The results speak for themselves. My cat had been in pain for nearly two months, and the change was immediate once we brought her home. The honesty, compassion, and skill of this team mean everything to me. Thank you to Kristen, Dr. Henley, and the VCA Cordova staff for treating my girl like family and giving her back her comfort.”

“$300 + for first visit !!!! Please explain that to me before you keep adding more charges. I have to say that yes, it was very shocking to see the bill. But then you realized. These doctors are taking good care of your loving pet. My dog lost one eye because of glaucoma. New, we are applying drops and ointment to the other eye to avoid any complications, even though he lost sight on that eye because cataracts that can't be treaded.”
