“I visited JCPenney today for my graduation photos for my degree in Criminal Justice Support, and I had a wonderful experience. Jazz assisted me during my session, and she was outstanding from start to finish.
She took the time to listen to my preferences, asked thoughtful questions, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire process. Her friendly and engaging personality made the experience even more enjoyable—I truly could have talked with her all day.
Overall, I am extremely pleased with both the quality of the photos and the level of customer service I received.
