Today, Juan at self checkout was not helpful enough. It was 7:05 pm, I think he's thinking about to go home.”

“I visited Lowe’s on Monday to purchase paint for our house. I brought in a quart containing the color information, and an associate prepared a five-gallon container and an additional gallon. Everything seemed fine until we checked the color and found that the five-gallon batch was too light. After two more attempts, the associate asked for assistance while four other customers waited. Thankfully, Anthony A. and Austin S. stepped in to help. Anthony went above and beyond by explaining what was needed and handling my order, while Austin assisted the other customers. Anthony also helped us through checkout and walked us to our car, saving us the time of calling for assistance. Anthony and Austin were professional, helpful, and very friendly. Their customer service was outstanding, and I hope they receive the recognition they deserve. Thank you”

5 stars again!

I didn't come back that afternoon, but today I did.

Arrived for a pickup w my boy, and decided to do the usual...browse prior to. Halfway through wandering, an HD associate was pushing a cart with stuff, assuredly on a mission, but stopped by me by Aisle 5 and asked if I need assistance. I didn't really, but something made me ask where the shelving section is...he perfectly and politely said Aisle 7 ? Then he took his leave. Ok I'm still impressed!

Went to the Order Pickup and the folks there were A+, greeted me even though they're busy. Eventually an HD associate with a yellow reflective PPE professionallynand courteously assisted me. I really appreciated that. Then....he went to grab our order, and he even let us get a cart first through the one way barriers! Then he offered to scan our impulse purchases (I expected to scan these myself at the checkout) so he can save me time, dead ass.

Icing on the cake...he went to the back again and came back with some pencils for my son for free!

Great shopping experience ?

Super friendly greeting this morning from at least 4 Home Depot associates......

In the last 5 years I've been going here, never happened before. They got a great selection but a simple greeting was a first from this location.

Not sure what's up, perhaps it's because the manager is having his morning meeting with staff ?

I have to come back later on this afternoon so I'll see if that still holds true ?”

“Normally I don't do reviews, but went to tractor supply this morning, the girls were helpful from time I walked in store, found what in need quick and out door . Big thank you in and out, The store was very clean, thanks again for all the help ladies”

“Most reviews are either overly angry or overly happy, but I want to provide an honest, detailed look at this location.
The Good:
• Electrical & Tools: Excellent selection, great promotions, and well-maintained displays.
• General Stock: Generally carries everything you need depending on the area.
Areas for Improvement:
• Organization: The Plumbing aisle is consistently messy and unorganized. Paint and Garden departments are functional but could be better maintained.
• Services: My one experience with Tool Rental was underwhelming.
• Staffing: While most staff are decent, the Customer Service/Returns desk is a weak point. Several employees appear disengaged and uninterested in helping customers.
Overall: A decent store with a solid product range, but it would benefit greatly from better aisle organization and more proactive customer service.”
