We had outstanding customer services from floor selection, purchase, final delivery to care/maintenance guide from Prosource team. Jimmy who helped us with our purchase was knowledgeable and understood our needs very well including price matching. His team also accommodated us to hold the new floor materials in their warehouse a more than a month due to our home renovation timelines. Dana was super helpful and offered her assistance/guidance where needed. All the staff at the Prosource office are very professional and care about their customers' need.

“It's been a few years since the demo and installation of granite in our house, and I am still smile when I see my counters. The service was on time and the work was excellent. They somehow were able to avoid the ugliest part of the slab and use the best looking parts. There have been no problems. Counters are level and there are no cracks. My hint is to choose a slab pattern that hides stains and spills. I highly recommend Tiles Warehouse in Concord!”

“I have shopped at Habitat since they were in the old bowling alley on Monument. The inventory and bargains may vary but the heart and soul of the employees never does. Hansel and Andrea are delightful and they make sure all transactions are fair to the customer and provide finances to the Habitat program. After all - the stores primary purpose is to support construction of new homes. I must also mention that Hansel and Andrea have passed on their excellent customer service to newer employees like Deshawn. If you ever have a question or an issue every employee will do whatever they can to help”

“We are trying to buy some room divider door's and Eddie has been fantastic. We can't get any help for the next step in the process, we paid a deposit and then basically ghosted. We went back to the store and once again Eddie was great, he made several phone calls to different people while we sat there and he also introduced us to a gentleman who is part of the next step and still nothing. Eddie is doing everything he can we think he's great but the team around him is no help”

“Went to price a lawn mower small yard wanted clearance, open box, mark down, push,electric, or trimmer 50.00 or max 100.00 The rep in garden knew exactly what I needed including price. Im thinking he's trying sales pitch me something higher showing me a item that was under 279 price tag im like no.. he pulls out that scan gun and said there 100.00 and only 2 in stock and I sold one earlier. So the one im looking at was the one left. And ill be a fool if I left the store to price others at any other store. My luck it would be gone. So I got it. Now I can keep my yard manageable and not wait for my landlord to do it. Yass!!”
