“Over the years I have pretty much bought every electronic piece of equipment I own from Best buy. They always take great care of me and returns on product that I either do not use the way I thought I might, has never been a problem. Simple as well as returns the same, simple and very convenient. This location is one of my favorites because not only is it local but the staff here is amazing. They have taken care of me multiple times and always go the extra mile to take care of me. “They always get the job done, and in this case, troubleshooting my laptop and verifying the viability of the installed anti-virus security systems effectiveness when I was thinking otherwise was the reassurance I needed. I just feel they are shorthanded. One has to make an appointment to bring in the device and another to pick it up after it's been paid for and notice provided to customer of task(s) completed. Cost efficient for them and an incentive to use their online service, which is even far more cost efficient for them.”
