“It’s good although the VIP clinic on Saturdays needs to be more organized. I walked in with an appointment I had for a week, told them I had it to which they replied I will get a text message when they’re ready for me and that I can walk around the store which I did for 15 min, 20 maybe. I get the message and to my surprise there’s a line. I asked and they said they will get to you in order, depending where in line you are. I don’t understand why then tell me that I can walk around the store when they could’ve just simply said just go get in line and wait for the text message. There were people who didn’t even get the text message yet and were in line (very wise). Of course I waited for 2 hours until they gave a couple of shots to my dog. My recommendation: GET IN LINE and then figure anything else out. I know this has nothing to do with the facility itself but I still wanted to address it :)
OH! I also think they should take turns for the breaks. Of course every worker needs breaks but 15 min for the whole crew which was like 6 people to stop completely it makes the whole thing even slower 😭. Only 2 are putting the vaccines and helping, the other 1 is in the cash area for payments but the other 2 were just standing there giggling the whole time, ahhhhhh!!!!”

“Fish are very healthy and I can tell the staff really love the animals. I bought a betta a while back and she’s doing really well. Great selection, great prices, great husbandry. This is probably the best pet store in the area.”

“Had it all done at once, the staff was exceptional and professional. I had rescued a dog and needed to be neutered, have all shots and vaccinations, chip surgery etc. $375.00 I do not have to look anywhere else for the rest of my dog's life or any pets I may have in the future will be through fury friends. Thank you”
