“I love that they have so many different product lines and options available in such a small store, but what they excel at is customer service. Everyone here is friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable about their inventory. It's also great that you can rent time in the dog washing stations if you don't have room to bathe your pets at home. Lots of fun seasonal and unique items, including inventory from local vendors. They even do pet adoptions on a regular basis.”

“My favorite pet store in this neighborhood! Their staff is always friendly and helpful. This last visit, Adrien made sure the petwash was stocked and I just met Steve and he is a great addition to the team! Dynamic duo right here!”

“My daughter and I went in on a lazy Sunday afternoon in hopes of seeing some beautiful birds, but we were surprised to find out that the birds were no longer on display. That’s ok, safety first! Anyhow, the employee Max, exceeded my expectation on what excellent customer service means. He explained the process of adoption, and what they look for in a new family for birds. Not only was he super friendly, but he was also very informative and you can tell this was more than a job to him because clearly he enjoyed what he was doing and he also enjoyed educating the public. There is nothing better than great customer service. Thanks Max! My daughter was able to hang out with a cockatiel and I think she really enjoyed it and might change her mind about getting a love bird. Squiggles was super friendly and we enjoyed every minute of our time at Feathered Follies. Keep up the great work!”

“Adopting a 3-year-old Malinois with a challenging past was daunting, but Tailored Dog Training, especially owner Ally, has made all the difference. Maxine spent 18 months in a shelter, and Ally has gone above and beyond to help her thrive. The personalized training program is exactly what we needed, and we've been amazed by the progress. Ally and her staff are not only experts but also compassionate and dedicated. We're so thankful to have found them!”

“This place is top notch not only because of the products they sell but because of the staff; they are amazing. They know a lot about all their products and if they don't they ask others that know. I've gotten so many helpful tips from them since having my dog for over a year now. This is my go to store. It's always nice to see their smiling faces.”

“I love the service at VETCO! This time, however, I asked for written prescriptions so I can get my flea medicine for my animals filled at my local pharmacy, and I didn’t Work out like that this time. I’m hoping there’s something I can do about that?”
