“My daughter and I went in on a lazy Sunday afternoon in hopes of seeing some beautiful birds, but we were surprised to find out that the birds were no longer on display. That’s ok, safety first! Anyhow, the employee Max, exceeded my expectation on what excellent customer service means. He explained the process of adoption, and what they look for in a new family for birds. Not only was he super friendly, but he was also very informative and you can tell this was more than a job to him because clearly he enjoyed what he was doing and he also enjoyed educating the public. There is nothing better than great customer service. Thanks Max! My daughter was able to hang out with a cockatiel and I think she really enjoyed it and might change her mind about getting a love bird. Squiggles was super friendly and we enjoyed every minute of our time at Feathered Follies. Keep up the great work!”

“The doctor and staff were so supportive and nice through my visit when I brought my sick cat to the clinic. They gave me several options on what they recommended for me to do. I told them I wanted to take my cat home and give him love before he left. I did that and in the morning he started talking to me and he has not done that in awhile. Afterwards he laid down and went to sleep and didn’t wake up. He went peacefully.
I was grateful I spent a lot of time with him before he left. Thank you folks for your support.”
“I have to say that this location has the most helpful people working there. I was asked if I needed help, but not rushed or hovered over while I was looking around. The lady at the check out even helped me verify a specific property about one of the dog toys I was thinking of buying. Thanks to her help, I didn't buy that one because my dog would not have liked it, but the one I did but is already a favorite. I didn't get the lady's name so I have to say to the woman that was working at the checkout counter between 2 and 2:30pm on Jan 29th, thank you so much for your help. Great shopping experience.”
“Purchased our first Pineapple Conure at this location. Cisco is the love of lives. so much wonder and mystery in those cute lil eyes. Through our purchase the customer service was of the highest quality in regards to placing the bird in the right household. They wanted to make sure it was a good fit. They even let us know about the sales that were coming up to wait one more week. And that's what we did saved a little bit of money, got her a nice little cage, even though she flew freely in our house ALOT!!

“I took my rottweiler to Petsmart in Pittsburg in Century Plaza. Consuela and Ashley were great! They groomed Kane and he was so clean and happy when I picked him up. This was by far the best grooming session he has had from any groomer.”
